First I've got to say how very impressed I was when I initially called this company. The ladies that took all my information down were very professional and pleasant, they explained the process very clearly. I got a call back within 30 minutes to schedule the visit, which was the same day I was elated. The Technician arrived when he said he would and was also very professional with great communication skills. He explained exactly what the issue was. Unfortunately, I almost fell off my chair when I was quoted over $400 for him to unclog a sink.
I called a different plumber and he quoted the job for 1/4 the price that the Blanton Tech quoted. I really wanted your company to perform the work because I was so impressed with your service.
Who determines the cost of each job? Why isn't the cost more competitive with other plumbing companies?
