Review content:
Called Blanton's for a faucet leak. The technician, Tim D. arrived and was very courteous, professional and informative. He assessed the issue, told me what was wrong, what it would take to repair it and the cost. He also told me if the first resolve did not work, what the second resolve would be and the cost.
Since we had used Blanton's several times, Tim asked me if anyone had talked to me about the Service Partner Plan. No one had. Tim explained this plan, gave us the brochure and we invested.
Today, our issue was resolved. We were made aware of ways to save money and maintain our home while maintaining great service with this company.
