David B., is professional and polite. David is the technician that every customer needs. He came to my house to do a routine inspection of our unit, it was raining and cold, the weather did not affect him, and he got the job done. David is very knowledgeable. Thank You, David a job well done. more

It was a pleasure to work with Nic and Angela. My first point of contact was Angela, I explained the issue I was having, and she was right on it scheduling a Technician to come out. Nic was the technician who arrived at my door, but before doing so, he gave me a courteous call. When he arrived he introduced himself, slipped his booties on his shoes and asked if he may come in. First class customer service all around. more

Our Gold Maintenance membership with Blanton's is paying off. During our twice-per-year electrical inspection, Dan Frazer -- great guy, top electrician! -- found two broken switches he fixed at discounted cost, thanks to our Gold membership. He inspected everything: main box, every room's plugs, and ceiling fixtures about which I had questions. He answered every rookie question I could think of, with as much detail as I could absorb. Just another merely terrific visit from a superb Blanton's tech! Thanks, guys! more

Service tech Beau Arrived after making contact by phone on time and ready to go on an old system we have. like a natural walk in the park found the falling capacitor gave me a price which includes charing the system dependent on the amount used and made it happen! Totaly satisfied more

I had quite a few issues with Blanton's. They never called me back, didn't set up an appointment, and seemed like my business was not worth their time. However, Scotty was the most helpful and professional individual I have worke'd with in a very long time. He provided well thought out advice, went the extra mile, and was extremely professional. If you call Blanton's and need not a good but a great HVAC technician, ask for Scotty. more

Air Conditioning Repair 8/16/2017

Roman was on time and very pleasant. He explained the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. Work was completed promptly. Roman even took time to pet my barking dog and they became friends for life! Thanks, Roman for a job well done! more

Excellent Customer Service 8/15/2017

The Plumber that came out to the house was extremely nice and respectful. He took his shoes off before coming in even though I told him he did not have to. I asked him questions concerning a heating unit and he was very helpful with the steps I needed to follow to have someone come out. I appreciated his politeness. more
