I have been a Blanton's customer for many years, and I have always received professional, courteous, and friendly service on every job that's been handled. Jeremy P. always arrives with a smile and an attitude of helpfulness. No matter the weather conditions, he works to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction. 1. Elvin Bishop was our technician. I asked Elvin if he brought the 2 "Pure Air Filters" our units required for yearly maintenance. Elvin said NO. 2. I informed Elvin that when I called 14 NOV 2018 to make the appointment for our yearly and winter maintenance... the Office Staff Receptionist replied that she would order the Pure Air Filters "now" so the technician (Elvin) would have them when he came to service our units. 3. Elvin called the office staff to see if there were any Pure Air Filters (with IR lights) in stock. Elvin was informed that the Pure Air Filters would have to be ordered. 4. Elvin has to return to my residence to install the Pure Air Filters in which I am NOW required to find a date and time in my calendar so that he can install those Pure Air Filters. 5. Instead of one maintenance visit he will make a second maintenance visit to my residence = waste of time, manpower, resources and inconveniences a No Worries Customer !! 6. Elvin Bishop worked tenaciously and efficiently to complete his checks and services on our 2 units. He is to be commended and given twice the Christmas Bonus that others will receive this year ! CONCERNS: o In the past... Blanton's normally called 2 to 3 weeks in advance to schedule Spring and Autumn Maintenance Services. I Called Blanton's to Schedule my Autumn Maintenance Service and to Renew my No Worries Contract. o When I called to make my winter and yearly service appointment on 14 NOV 2018, I was informed that my No Worries Contract had expired on 01 NOV 2018 due to no fault of my own but i was allowed to Renew my contract Over The Phone. Blanton's should always call their "loyal customers" Before yearly contracts expire = unacceptable. I counted 9 Office Staff on ReviewBuzz. QUESTION: Is Blanton's losing Focus on Quality Customer Service by spending too much money on TV Commercials and Radio Commercials instead of concentrating on Developing "Loyal" Customers. The service was performed under our purchase of the Blanton's Service Partner Plan, Gold Package. If you frequently use Blanton's to perform services in your home, you might want to consider checking out their "Partner Plans." It will save you a few dollars. The team, Angela M. and Matthew P., were very friendly and customer oriented. Angela made the appointment easy to schedule and asked me how soon did I want the technician to come out. The technician called on the day of the appointment to let me know he was in route. When the technician arrived, he identified himself and stated what he was here to do. Once he started working, he kept me informed on what he was doing, his findings and the status of our HVAC system. The technician was very knowledgable and informed us of things we weren't aware of, such as the size of our unit in comparison to the size of our home. The inspection resulted in us having to replace 22 ounces of refrigerant at a price of $204 dollars after discount. Thanks Team Blanton! more

I haven't had a problem with any of these technicians or customer service at all and I would recommend these guys to everyone. if your air-conditioner is old don't expect these guys to fix it cheaply because they are paid to do a good job if it is just old you will need to replace it more than likely but call em for an evaluation around 80 bucks for a service charge to tell you whats wrong more

We had a clog and after trying to snake it out we called Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric. Chris D came out and crawled under the house, took pictures so I could see exactly what the problems were, and then cleaned out the pipes. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I found a plumber I feel confident calling on again and again. more

Once again, you made us SMILE! One topic I would like to bring up is the little packages you used to give when services are performed. The magnets and pens are nice and handy but we have plenty of those. What happened to those awesome keychain flashlights? (My personal favorite) Mine croaked on me years ago because I used it so much and I've asked repeatedly for probably the past two years but have been told you no longer have them. It's these little things that mean a lot especially to loyal customers who have been with you like us for so many years. You know what would be great, oven mits!!! Nine years ago I called Blanton’s and had my current system installed. I am a very satisfied customer of Blanton's and have been for many years. I have a preventive maintenance contract with them that has kept my system working very efficiently and their service has detected issues with my unit over the years and Blanton’s technicians has corrected the issues on the spot. I have always found them to be honest and professional. My last scheduled visit was no exception. My technician was Larry Waddell. He phoned ahead, arrived on time and presented identification. He is a very courteous and professional young man. He explained every step of the service and all of his findings. He initially discovered a faulty surge protector and replaced it. The system does have a condensation drain problem the water table in my area is rather high and is in a clay bed. I was advised on an early service to dig a hole and put gravel into a drum and this would allow the water to drain from the unit and dissipate. The dissipate part is not happening properly. It is causing the water to back up in the system and not allowing the water to drain out of the drain pan. Larry made sure that the drain line was clear, and he cut the drain line to allow the system to drain. Larry placed a call to his team member I think her name was Elisabeth at the Blanton’s office and set up an appointment for a plumber to come out to evaluate the situation and see if he can come up with a proper solution to remove water away from the unit and the house. Larry is an excellent technician and the Blanton’s Team concept is a very efficient part of Blanton’s success this allows the onsite technician to contact their team member at the office to provide better support to the customer.
