RUN!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Worst experience ever!!\r \r I was very excited when I purchased my Nissan here, after the 3 hours of negotiating. They make car buying very exhausting! \r \r I had my car for about a week when, IT BROKE DOWN ON ME! I had to have it towed back to the dealership. They did repair it after having it for two weeks when I was told one week. Upon getting my vehicle back it appeared filthy, there was even mud smeared on my driver's seat black leather! The repairs that were supposed to be done on the ""due bill"" were not fixed properly! I am very dissatisfied! My alignment was just one of the repairs needed. My car still pulls severely to the right when driving. When I called today to tell them that it is still not fixed they basically gave me the run around and said it must be my tire pressure. Now I have to pay more money out of my pocket to fix the brand new LEMON that I purchased from Bill Pierre Ford.\r \r I feel as though they sold me a car that looked good on the outside but no one bothered to check how it ran before selling it. From the other reviews they have received here they obviously could care less about their customers and more about their bottom line. \r \r ""A happy customer will tell two to three people a typical dissatisfied customer will tell eight to 10 people about his or her experience."" and nowadays people tell Yelp and Google.\r \r I am going to tell everyone I know and some about the worst car experience I have ever had at Bill Pierre Ford. more

My wife's Focus ran like a top on her last trip and Greg Karras made sure that my concerns as to a mysterious knocking sound were looked into to make sure that everything that could be checked was, in fact, checked. The knock was not located, but his Focus has the very same knock in the very same place, so if the source of the knock is found, I have been assured that my wife's car will be fixed also. I am very sattisfied. more

All was well except the windshield didn't get cleaned very well which I didn't notice until the sun hit it directly a little while later! That said, that's only one tiny slip-up out of more than a dozen visits for routine service and detailing! more

Love the complementary hand wash after the service job. Clean and comfortable waiting area while yoiu wait for your vehicle, or shuttle service back to house. All very wonderful and makes getting yoiur vehicle serviced very convenient.. more

This is my third time taking my car to get it serviced at Pierre Ford and I work with Paul. He does a great job of making it a stress-free, quick experience for me. My headlight went out in my car and he said that I could just swing by at my convenience and they would quickly change it for me. They have done a great job and it is easy for me. more
