Nice facility and people but not the best quality 6/10/2013

I took truck in for an oil change and did a few of the suggested services to the expense of $500. The next day truck started to buck and act like it was not getting fuel when gas peddle was pressed and check engine light came on. Called service adviser and they got me right in. Said code was faulty coil and they replaced it along with sparkplug cost $300.00. Same day going home the problem came back. I called and they did offer to put me into a loaner car but I didnt not my truck to sit out all weekend before they looked at it on Monday. I decided to take it into a local shop instead of the dealer, the shop was more knowledgeable about the issue and told me that the computer on this truck was notorious for not providing the correct codes for missfires. They were able to track down the problem as well as tested all the other coils and problem is fixed. for half of what I had already spent at the dealer. I expected the dealer to me more knowledgeable then a local corner shop. this is why only two stars. more

Good Price but not very accommodating 6/5/2013

Price on the vehicle was great but my trade in had a full tank of gas and spotless. My new (used) vehicle had only 1/4 of gas and even after they detailed it the inside had grease marks on the ceiling and pine cones on the floor. more

James Gossler is the best car salesperson I've ever worked with - and I have bought more cars than I like to admit. My wife was set on buying a Sequoia but I wanted the Expedition. James listened to my wife's requirements and concerns about the Ford. He addressed each concern respectfully and in the end we walked away with the Ford (and about 9k because the Expedition is more vehicle for less money than the Sequoia). more

Paul Salazar took my call about a problem with my car, listened to me, offered several possibilities of causes, invited me to bring my car in, accepted my car without an appointment in the early afternoon, had the problem confirmed and a solution identified promptly, and then had the car repaired and ready sooner than originally predicted, applied a senior discount to the original estimate, and found a nail on one of the tires which was also repaired. An amazing and satisfying experience for me. more

Use them for test drives but by somewhere else. 3/16/2012

I had the same trouble as plenty of other reviewers. Called on a Advertising I saw in the paper. Spoke with a salesman confirming the car was still on the lot. Was told they had 11 cars that had they could sell for that price on the lot. Drove right down. Then was told we sold that car first thing in morning but had other cars for a similar price. So looked and we found a car with the exact same color and features that I called about. But get this the price was $7000 more than the same car I called about. Don't waste your time. Waste theirs by using them for test drives and then buy some where else. more

horrable experience drove 20 miles to see a guy who worked there. over the phone he said that we have 3 or 4 trucks under $4,000. i was so exited so i drove out there with a appointment set up with the guy to show me the cars. Pros: null Cons: null more

I've been wanting to buy a car for a fair amount of time and have had my share of "challenges" with various dealerships. Pierre totally changed my opinion of the car buying experience, however. They were concise with their information, didn't try to push me to buy something that was over my budget or needs and treated me with RESPECT. Pros: they treat you like a real person more

The folks at Bill Pierre Ford are the friendliest you'll meet in the Lake City area, hands down. Just as valuable are their integrity, honesty and customer service are their prices. For example, looking throughout the Auto Trader and Northwest Auto Classifieds, I've seen significant dealer incentives, cash rebates and other price markdowns on vehicles being sold by several dealerships in the area. I'm a smart buyer. In doing my research, I've often found that many dealers will advertise "massive" discounts and low, unheard-of interest rates on financing as a loss leader -- only to have you come down to the dealership for yet another round of intimidation and pressure sales tactics. Pros: Great selection, AMAZING discounts and cash rebates on all their vehicles. Cons: The car you want often doesn't stay parked there for more than a couple days. more
