My wife's Focus ran like a top on her last trip and Greg Karras made sure that my concerns as to a mysterious knocking sound were looked into to make sure that everything that could be checked was, in fact, checked. The knock was not located, but his Focus has the very same knock in the very same place, so if the source of the knock is found, I have been assured that my wife's car will be fixed also. I am very sattisfied.
