Decided to go to Bill Pierre Ford after reading other reviews on Judy's Book. Asked for James and he was very helpful, knew all the features of the Truck we were interested in, was up front about the costs, and not pushy. Would have given 5 stars but didn't feel like we got the best deal on our trade in. I would use them again to purchase. more

Just tried calling Bill Pierre Ford @ Lake City's Service Dept. (3) times with the phone constantly ringing and no body answering to give a quote. Decided if there's no live personnel to pick up a phone, there must not be a live person to work on a car - which means poor service overall. Will go somewhere else.... more

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge Limited AWD from Bill Pierre Ford on Sunday, 12/04/2011. The vehicle is used with approximately 25,000 miles on it. After we got home we found out we were lied to about the vehicle being "fully loaded" and also found it advertised on Auto Trader for 3k less than what we had negotiated down to. It was also within $300 of their "invoice" price. I decided to go back into the dealership on Monday. A sales manager (Joe) claimed that he wasn't aware they were advertising on AutoTrader but that they would match the price. I brought up the rest of the discrepancies that we discovered and his only excuse was that “fully loaded” can mean a lot of different things. Joe then told me AT pulls from their inventory online and calculates what AT thinks is a fair price. He said they had no control over it. This was after he had told me 15 minutes prior that he wasn’t aware they advertised on AT. This really sounded suspicious to me, but since they were going to match the price, I decided to let it slide. On Tuesday we went back in and a different sales manager (Jason) talked to us and reiterated the story about Auto Trader and told me he would need to adjust the price of the trade in lower to match the price. I told him that was not acceptable and that after being lied to they needed to make it right. He caved and left to go get the paperwork ready. While he was gone I went to ford.com and did a search for Certified Pre-Owned inventory directly on Ford’s website. I found the exact vehicle listed on yourfordpco.com (Ford’s own site) listed for $31,877. This made me livid and after we signed the paperwork I decided to start asking around. I received confirmation from two other Ford dealers in the area that the dealer HAS to set the price on Auto Trader and that there is no way an “auto calculated” price would ever be listed on Auto Trader. In closing, stay away. They lied at least 3 times, over charged for warranties and showed potentially false "invoice prices." more

This place is full of liars and cheats with no morals what so ever. I called on an add found the car I called on was to exspensive. The salsman asked what I was looking for He went away from the phone and came back stating that He had 14 cars In the model, Price, Options, Milage I was looking for. When I arrived they said they had no cars that fit my Model, Price, and Option. This is a bait and swithch operation with no morals. Read the reviews this is business as usual to lie and cheat the customers. more

Where do I begin. We went looking for a truck and while they have the selection here, that's all they have. We haggled on the price of the truck for the longest time and settled on an agreed upon price and shook hands. We were stalled for the longest time and then sent down to deal with the financing. After signing half the papers, the financing guy said, "you can't have this deal" and then proceeded to laugh at the deal we made and said that the salesmen don't know anything and couldn't make this deal. After having been trapped here for about 4 hours, we were pretty much forced to accept the new deal that we did not agree upon. That was only the beginning of our problems. They told us that our first payment wasn't due until that October and that our financing was going to be through bank "a". Well, come October, we hadn't heard anything from bank "a" and we even went to the bank and they had no information on our loan. In the end, Bill Pierre Ford had switched the bank from bank "a" to bank "b", the notice of our payments were sent to the address that we hadn't lived at for over a year and our first payment was late because of it. I tried for 6 months to get ahold of someone at Bill Pierre Ford to complain and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I emailed, I called, i wrote letters and got no response. Finally 10 months after we bought our vehicle, we got a call from the salesman to check up on us and was shocked to find that we had been taken advantage of. He called and wanted us to tell all our friends about Bill Pierre Ford. He should be careful what he asks for because we do tell everyone about Bill Pierre Ford, but it's not what they want us to be telling other people. If you are smart AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I would never buy another vehicle from here, even if they were only $1000 for a brand new car. Scam artists at work and if you have a complaint, it'll never get resolved. more

Mixed review here. Good work, very good price, personable worker. Unfortunately, the installer called to reschedule not once, but twice and it was clear from conversation that he was perpetually overcommitted. To his credit, he was certainly apologetic, and gave us a free upgrade on our windshield (tinting), but you'll have to decide what it's worth to you. This is a mobile service (they come to you), and it was cheaper than the store-front businesses we called! more
