Thorough and Friendly 7/27/2013

Someone broke my passenger-side window in a parking lot. I called and asked the service department how much it would cost and how long it would take to have the mirror replaced. I was told to come in and they would do it right away. It was done right away and within the quoted price. more

Back in December of 2011 I bought a 2006 Ford Ranger 4X4 XLT from Bill Pierre's MoneyMart. I got treated with respect, I wasn't rushed and I drove away in a vehicle that covered my needs. When my housemate's 98 Saturn SL1 was at the end of it's life, he decided he needed a NEW car. I suggest our first stop be Bill Pierre Ford. I figured if the expierence with their used car dealership was good, the new car experience would be to. I was not wrong. Not only did Shane and Brandan get Tony in a car that he really liked, it kicked me into gear to deal with that I wanted a car with better gas milage than the V6 Ranger I had. -the Ranger is a darn good truck. I just didn't need a truck anymore. So like my housemate Tony, I traded in. And drove off with a new 2013 Ford Focus SE Sedan. Not only am I going to go back, I have suggested to my close friends and family to do the same. more

Consistent, reliable service 7/13/2013

Serviced our 1989 For Aerostar Van for 18 years. Paul has been our service advisor. Work is timely, of good quality. Paul let's us know right away if there are other problems and helps us figure out how critical they are (i.e., need to be done right away, can be put off for a while or no big deal). more
