HVAC Service 5/1/2014

Aldrin Constantino was assigned to provide periodic service for my A/C unit. He was punctual, friendly, competent and did a great job. I was very pleased with his performance and the clear and concise information he provided concerning my equipment. I have already scheduled my next service in September and requested Aldrin be assigned to perform it. more

HVAC going out of way to help and educate about system 4/18/2014

Showed and explained what he was doing and why and took extra steps to clean and do some temporary fixes till I had ability to replace parts of system. Also helped navigate with the dispatch to set up future needs. more

AC Maintenance Check Up 4/17/2014

The technician Chris B was very courteous and thorough. He took pictures of all items identified as potential problems. He explained very well what the problems were, how it could turn into something severe and approximately how long before major maintenance would be required for these potential problem areas. He assured me that the problem areas will be reviewed at the next follow up maintenance check up to see if the problem is progressing. Chris also explained that our AC system is basically in good shape for now. He also gave me approximate cost for repairs and some incentive advice when the repair service is needed later. Excellent customer service provided during this visit. more

Review of Service Technician for Beutler 4/7/2014

Technician was thorough, helpful, considerate and knowledgable. He was polite, and informative. He arrived on time and didn't try to "sell" me on a new system, realizing that it would be a financial hardship at this time. He even gave us tips on looking into rebates from our power company! Great guy! more

OUTSTANDING CREW PROVIDES OUTSTANDING SERVICE 3/16/2014

The pleasant experience started with a truly professional and knowledgeable representative Brent G. He made the whole situation less stressful. I was impressed with both his knowledge and concern. An outstanding first point of contact. The next contact was Barry W. Professional, engaging, well spoken and extremely helpful getting through the tough decisions. Ii really enjoyed his concern and care for the customer. I would hire him myself if I needed a top notch employee to groom for a management position. Next came the two guys carrying the load and doing the "dirty work". John W. And Juliano G. Both men were hard working men with multiple skill sets. They worked diligently and efficiently within the prescribed time frame. I was impressed with what these two men accomplished in such a shot amount of time. They wrapped up the whole experience, in my opinion, in a neat clean package. I highly recommend Beutler Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone who needs this type of service! more

This is the second time Aldrin has provided service on the AC and Heating in my rental home. He has always been professional, polite, and responsive to questions. In addition, he is thorough and provides a good, easy to understand explanation about what is needed, etc. more

I had the very good luck in having Mr. Cabello do the service maintenance on my heating unit. He was fast, efficient and shall I say, 100 percent on doing the maintenance checks. I went up into the attic with him and saw first hand, his maintenance techniques. Very very impressive. I will ask for him by name for next maintenance action. more

normally i don't like meeting w/ the A/C techs that come to our house b/c they generally use a lot of technical jargon and often talk down to you if you don't understand right away (esp. if you are female). But Chris S. was great, he was able to explain so even a layman, like myself, could understand what was going on w/ my AC and did not mind at all that i asked questions. he also told me about a new product for my A/C that could help with my allergies. thanks Chris! more
