Review content:
The technician Chris B was very courteous and thorough. He took pictures of all items identified as potential problems. He explained very well what the problems were, how it could turn into something severe and approximately how long before major maintenance would be required for these potential problem areas. He assured me that the problem areas will be reviewed at the next follow up maintenance check up to see if the problem is progressing. Chris also explained that our AC system is basically in good shape for now. He also gave me approximate cost for repairs and some incentive advice when the repair service is needed later. Excellent customer service provided during this visit.
