We had a new air conditioning and heating unit installed recently and these guys went above and beyond to make us happy. Not only that but they were courteous and very very neat. They were knowledgeable and relatively fast given that it was a big job. I would highly recommend Beutler to anyone looking for quality, efficiency and a fair price. more

Ernesto was very professional, courteous, informative, detail-oriented in the performance of his service on our air conditioner. He provided detailed feedback on the status of our system, including pictures of components that were in need of repair/replacement. He performed additional component inspections that I requested and suggested remedies to customer-identified issues/problems, then helped me successfully remedy the problems. Ernesto clearly explained suggested repair/replacement options, and the related costs. Ernesto was courteous and respectful of my premises. I've used a number of different AC repair companies and services to try to resolve cooling issues with my AC. The master bedroom would never cool down and the AC could barely keep up.. each would simply recommend a new $$ unit. However, Aldrin C. with Beutler fixed what nobody else has been able to do by fully diagnosing my issues, capacitor, refrigerant, manual damper, ect.. Now for a fraction of the cost of a new unit my entire house (including the master) stays cool!! I would highly recommend Aldrin C. and Beutler for your heating/cooling issues. more

We purchased the system on Tues PM and scheduled for NEXT DAY installation. The team arrived at 7:30 AM as promised. Juliano and Slavic worked together as a finely-tuned team and the entire system was removed and replaced in a few hours. Both were carefully and left no debris or damage. I have been searching for an new hvac system for my home for seven years. In 2007 Sears had their Contractors put in a heating system but in 2013 are air conditioner was inoperable. We began calling places to get estimates on an air conditioner. Tom Hatfield with Bell Brothers came to the home; he walked in went to the unit and said that will be $8000. He went on to say your heater that you paid $4500 in 2007 is no good, you have to replace everything and if your ducts are bad the cost will go up. He handed us a empty folder with his name, phone number and the price he quoted. We were completely disappointed in the way we were treated and felt prejudged by his demeanor. He was too cool to check the ducts, measure the square footage or explain what we would pay $8000 for. He was done and gone in 15 minutes. Today, we had Kenneth L Hartman from Beutler air conditioning & plumbing give us an estimate; he was personable and explained why our heater had to be replaced, that the whole system was not upto code. He was kind and reassuring through the entire process. He checked the ducts, measured the square footage and looked at the old unit and pad. Ken sat down with us and explained point by point what needed to be done. He showed us the pricing charts and the different units available for the size of the home. Ken got us in contact with a financial institution that approved us on the spot and scheduled the job for the next business day. We are so happy to have met Kenneth Hartman with Beutler today; he is extremely knowledgeable in his job and very courteous. There was no hard sale or pressure. Thanks Charles and Doll more

Aldrin came because of a thermostat problem, which he quickly solved. Then I mentioned that our smart vent had not been working properly for some time. Although this wasn't the primary reason for his call, he spent several hours trouble-shooting and making repairs, staying much later than he had probably expected to. He was cheerful throughout and quite dedicated to getting things working right. more

Johnny and Jason were the second members of Beutler to service my A/C Heating system in the past 2 weeks. Each experience was exceptional. The Team arrived at the stated time , Prior to entering my home they placed foot covers over their work boots and were very careful with the latters and equipment as they moved through the house. When cleaning vents they were very careful not to soil items even covering clothes in the closets. They were very through in every respect, particularly explain about Zoning, which my builder had failed to do adequately and upon completing their job they vacuumed all areas they had worked in, that in it's self is worth 5 stars!!! I told them they could come back anytime for vacuuming. In closing, as you could can tell from my last two evaluations, I take great pride in my home, all of your service staff seem to take the same care and pride in keeping my home systems operating correctly. more

Chris came to do a "service call" on our Aqua Chill system on behalf of Josh who was originally scheduled to do the job. However, Josh was indisposed because of an auto accident. There have been many different problems with this system from day one ranging from a faulty fan unit, low pressure leak and the water supply shut off valve that has been repaired three times. Chris had a broad fund of knowledge and was detailed and descriptive of the repair as it progressed. This attenuated my anxiety and frustration with the system. He did a terrific job and I would highly recommend him to service other clients. This, however, is not the same impression I have for the aqua chill system which I find to be a unit froth with mechanical problems and I would not recommend this unit to anyone. I am compulsive about maintenance and even so, this unit has so many service call issues. more
