I have a semi-annual maintenance contract with Beutler. The technician, Andrew, was punctual, courteous and professional.

Hector came to our house to address an AC problem. Beyond his ability to quickly determine and fix the problem, he handled the billing and extended coverage conversation very professionally and thoroughly. Would definitely want to do business with him again! more

Great service 5/21/2015

A/C unit was not working properly. The Beutler technician Jonathon R arrived exactly as scheduled and was able to correctly diagnose the problem. He performed a variety of tests, monitored the air temp, and even checked the unit in the attic. A very knowledgeable technician that knows his stuff and communicated the issue well. Only drawback is the price list for repairs, much higher than expected but set by the company not the technician. more

We always find the entire crew at Beutler to be very professional...from the time you make an appointment, to the follow up call before the appointment, to the follow-up call on the day of the appointment to notify you that the tech will call 30 minutes before he arrives. Job well done to the entire staff at Beutler. more

Leakey Shower 4/27/2015

We had a shower leaking inside the wall. The Butler team did an excellent job from the time I placed the call until the work was done. Henry, the plumber, was outstanding! He explained every aspect of the process including the estimate and repair details. He made sure I saw the leak as well as the repair once the soldering was done and the pipe was again under pressure. Also, Henry cleaned up debris and wore shoe protectors while in our home. The cost was reasonable too. I would definitely use this company again. more

Maintenance 3/16/2015

Called Beutler to check out air-condition system before it gets hot and we are using it daily. John Toolis was their representative and he was excellent. He went over the whole system, repaired some minor items and made the system quieter which was so welcomed by us. more

One Amazing technician 3/2/2015

I have had several other technicians, but Farid was by far the best. He took the time to take pictures of the problem areas and then explain it all to me so I actually understood.He was professional, polite, and clean. He checked many more areas than the last guy. I will insist that I get Farid in the future for everything. more

Semi Annual Inspection 2/4/2015

Farid came out for my semi annual inspection of my furnace. He was very thorough and explained every step of the inspection. He took the time to seal every opening where dust could interfere with the performance of the system. I will definitely request him for my next inspection. more
