I have a semi-annual maintenance contract with Beutler. The technician, Andrew, was punctual, courteous and professional.

Heating service call 1/15/2015

We just had Ernesto Medina complete a service on our heating system. Ernesto was very polite, nest, and provided his service in a timely manner. He observed and noted a few concerns, but did not pressure us into making any immediate decisions. We appreciated his comments and concerns, and let him know we would contact him when we make any decisions regarding his suggestions. Great service 11/8/2014

Very easy to make appointments. Service technicians are on time and courteous. Technicians even wears shoe plastic covers when they enter your house so they dont dirty your carpet. Technicians explained thoroughly the condition of our heater/aircon - what they serviced and what needs to be done. Purchasing the Home Service Plan is worth it : ) more

Service was exceptional-David Bradley was refreshing 11/6/2014

Thank you David Bradley for fixing an improbable issue with my water heater. David had parts on the van and the knowledge to get around the obstacles the system threw at him. My wife really thanks you for the hot water and heater. Because of David, I bought Beutlers service package for three years. more

Awesome technicians!! 11/3/2014

Jason and Alfonzo just performed a full system cleaning in our home, and I am very happy with the professionalism and work they did. They explained everything and were very detail oriented. They also made sure when they left that our house was exactly in the same condition as when they arrived (with the exception of the dust/dirt in the ducting, of course). I would definitely recommend Beutler -- at least these two technicians!! more

Ernesto gladly performs extra chemical cleaning to A/C coil 10/6/2014

Ernesto came out to change my electronic filter which he did. Our gardener has a habit of blowing leaves and dirt toward our air conditioner when he takes care of our landscaping. I asked Ernesto to look at the coil - and it was quite clogged with dirt. I asked Ernesto to please clean and rinse the coil with solvent which he gladly did. A little more dirt and our new air conditioner would have been kaput! Thank you. more

Excellent Service! 9/30/2014

Farid identified and solved a problem that we had been trying to solve for several years. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He did not promise what he could not deliver, instead, he promised to do his best…and his best was what solved the problem! Jason and Alfonzo spent half a day cleaning the air ducts and equipment. They were careful, helpful, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up before they left. They made me feel confident in their work and worked very hard. I believe they did a very complete job and were pleasant to have in my home. more
