Thanks for reaching out to me regarding my rattle issue and for spending the time today to try to figure it out. I like many people have been frustrated by other dealers when they can't duplicate an issue and frankly don't seem to care that their customer isn't happy. That clearly isn't the case here. Ever since I first walked thru the doors of your dealership I have been pleased and buying 3 vehicles from you in 6 months or less, that is evident but today was a perfect example of a customer not being forgotten after the deal is done and I really appreciate that as that isn't common today! Now if we get the issue resolved, I'll be thrilled! I have 3 vehicles that I currently service at your dealership and I look forward to that relationship. I am hopeful that I will continue to be very happy with the Jeep brand as well. Very professional. I was impressed with everything about this dealership. They worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford! The salesperson worked closely with the credit manager to help close the deal and I was able to walk out of there feeling very good about the whole experience. more

Better than any other dealership in the area 6/28/2011

Visited Bertera with little to no hope of purchasing a new vehicle but wanted to give it a try. I had only owned my vehicle for approx. 7 months and hated it and wanted a Jeep. I arrived and was immediately greeted by a salesman, I told him of my situation as I told the General Mgr the previous day on the telephone, he said he would do his best and he thought that they could make it work. Took a Jeep Liberty for a test drive and loved it, the whole team worked to make the numbers work for me all afternoon. Even though I was sceptical and kept telling them that they could give up they wouldn't and kept my spirits up. I ended up with the Jeep Liberty and couldn't be happier, great team of people!!!! Haven't stopped talking about them yet. Would recommend them over any dealership I have ever been to. Thanks again for everything, and I will be sending business down your way!! more

I cant say enough about my recent purchase of my 2008 jeep wrangler,Kevin from internet sales got my in there and Igor closed the deal.I told Igor what I was looking for and what my terms were and he meant then all. I kept saying to my husband that this went to smooth but it did and it was great I love my jeep. more

I appreciate Igor patience and understanding when I purchased my Jeep Grande Cherokee from you. I loved how everyone at Bertera was very accommodating to my father and me during our recent visit. My father can be a little difficult sometimes and you handled his questions like a champ. I plan on telling all of my friends and family about the wonderful people and service I received at Bertera, and i will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much for everything! more

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM BERTERA 4/6/2011

I purchased a car from Bertera and brought it back to them twice WITHIN 30 days. Each time they said nothing was wrong with it and told me to bring it to Toyota, ""they would say the same thing"". So I brought it to Toyota and at the time I brought it to them it went over 30 days. It turns out the car needed a new engine. I was stuck dealing with a lawyer for a year and had to get another reliable car to drive in the mean time. After a year of dealing with a lawyer I only got $1000 while the new engine cost me $6000. I had to save up enough money to replace the engine and at the same time pay two car payments and insurance on both cars. Another year went by and I was still not able to sell the car by itself so I had to trade both of my cars in for one car. Now, years later I'm basically still paying for two cars due to all of the negative equity, and will be until my car is paid off. Do not buy from Bertera, they ruined my life. more
