Thanks for reaching out to me regarding my rattle issue and for spending the time today to try to figure it out. I like many people have been frustrated by other dealers when they can't duplicate an issue and frankly don't seem to care that their customer isn't happy. That clearly isn't the case here. Ever since I first walked thru the doors of your dealership I have been pleased and buying 3 vehicles from you in 6 months or less, that is evident but today was a perfect example of a customer not being forgotten after the deal is done and I really appreciate that as that isn't common today! Now if we get the issue resolved, I'll be thrilled! I have 3 vehicles that I currently service at your dealership and I look forward to that relationship. I am hopeful that I will continue to be very happy with the Jeep brand as well.
