I appreciate Igor patience and understanding when I purchased my Jeep Grande Cherokee from you. I loved how everyone at Bertera was very accommodating to my father and me during our recent visit. My father can be a little difficult sometimes and you handled his questions like a champ. I plan on telling all of my friends and family about the wonderful people and service I received at Bertera, and i will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much for everything!
