Visited Bertera with little to no hope of purchasing a new vehicle but wanted to give it a try. I had only owned my vehicle for approx. 7 months and hated it and wanted a Jeep. I arrived and was immediately greeted by a salesman, I told him of my situation as I told the General Mgr the previous day on the telephone, he said he would do his best and he thought that they could make it work. Took a Jeep Liberty for a test drive and loved it, the whole team worked to make the numbers work for me all afternoon. Even though I was sceptical and kept telling them that they could give up they wouldn't and kept my spirits up. I ended up with the Jeep Liberty and couldn't be happier, great team of people!!!! Haven't stopped talking about them yet. Would recommend them over any dealership I have ever been to. Thanks again for everything, and I will be sending business down your way!!
