This is my 3rd vehicle in about 2 years I bought from bertera. I worked closely with Gabriel the general manager. The processe was smooth and easy i was in and out in a couple hours. My father recently bought a Mitsubishi Mirage from Bertera for me. It's my first car. I had never expected to have such a nice car - less than 100000 miles, my favorite color, a great stereo, fewer than ten years old. I'd pictured , instead, an '88 Oldsmobile, dark blue with some rust near the wheels, upholstery coming apart on the driver's seat, 150000 miles. With your help though, my parents found me a great car, one I am not embarrassed to drive, one that I can depend on, one that has everything I need. I wanted to thank you for aiding in the car buying process and making it possible for me to have that Mitsubishi. I was so surprised when I walked in my garage on August 9th to get boogey boards (we were going to the beach) and I found a mysterious green car, decorated with balloons that said ""Congratulations!"" on them, and realized that my mother was following me with a camera to record my reaction to my very first car. I was ecstatic. I've wanted a car for so long, and finally I have one. I can go to the library by myself, I can drive myself to school, I can go to friend's houses without needing a ride. I no longer depend on my parents to drive me. Thank you for giving me that independence. I look forward to the next time I need a car and I will definitely go to Bertera first. more

As you can see from the letterhead, my husband and I are business owners. Like you, as an employer, we are always interested in hearing comments about or employees. On some occasions, it might be constructive criticism, and on other more pleasant occasions, it is positive feedback. I had never leased a vehicle before, and became quite caught up in the process. Because of Igor's manner, I felt very comfortable with him. He worked very diligently to locate the vehicle I was interested in, and went far above what the Kia and Cadillac Dealers were doing for me. I had not totally made up my mind between a Chrysler 300C or a Cadillac STS, and it was Igor who was intrumental in me making the decision to Lease the Chrysler 300C. I am extremely pleased with my decision and the performance of the Chrysler 300C. It is even more than I expected. I am happy to be back as a customer of Bertera, as prior to owning my Cadillac, I was the owner of a Lincoln Town Car.
