My mother in law has been bragging about how fabulous this place is for a long time. I really had no desire to go to a place named Elisa Ilana, but mother in laws are relentless....

Don't buy anything from this store. Especially if you're thinking of Pandora, NOT from this shop. I wish I checked reviews online(not here!) before I put my order, now it's too late. They even didn't send me order confirmation, I wanted to make sure if my order went through, so emailed them. No reply for two days, and they didn't even give me answer about my order. And said, confirmation email was sent and probably in my junk mails folder. I already checked it, there's none, that's why I wrote to them, stupid.\r I wrote back again to ask if my item was shipped already, since I paid for shipping cost $8 to get it within 3-5 business day. Again, NO REPLY.\r Finally I called and talked with one of their customer service women she sounded like she hated customer service, and had bad attitude. She said, item I put order was currently back ordered, so I told her that I want to cancel my order and want full refund include of fast shipping fee. She said it wasn't charged yet since item wasn't in their hands, and she cancelled my order.\r Guess what? They emailed me again almost 2 weeks later to let me know my order was processed and they charged on my credit card! You can't even guess how much I was angry. I called immediately after I saw that email, complained, the woman who answered my call said ""It's not big deal, it wasn't charged yet"". WTF!?\r So what your email notification means really? She said she is really cancelling my order this time, I really hope she did her job.\r Awful and poor customer service, you not gonna ever know when your item will be shipped and even if it's really gonna happen really, and if you cancel your order, you also never know if that's really cancelled and you're no longer charged.\r Don't buy anything here, you can find much better quality service places with less or equal amount of money you paying for. I never want to do any business with this shop again. more

Awful Customer Service! I ordered a braclet & charms for my Mother for Christmas. They shipped it to my Mother & apparently one of the charmes was on back order. I did not know this. So last week (2 months later) they hit my debit card for a $40 charm. Since I was not expecting a charge on my Christmas Account I was charged by the bank a $36 over draft fee as well. I called Customer Service & they would not help me. They would not let me speak to a Supervisor or the Owner. They totally had an I don't give a crap attitude. Will never buy from them again! more

Look for another shop. I bought from this site because it was one of the first ones to pop up under ""pandora charms"". I purhcased two items an I never recieved them in the mail. I never got a email notification that the items had been purchased nor shipped from this company. When I called to resolve this matter they stated you chose free shipping so it is not our fault we can't track the product or replace it. I always recieved my items that I purhcase online from every other retailer. I hope you read this before you purchase from this site.... more

I wish I had done my research before ordering. It seems when you are going to order they get to you. But then if you have a question after you pay and place your order you hear nothing back from them. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I wish I had done my homework. My three daughters want to start Pandora bracelets, I will definitely steer them towards another online retailer I used in the past,. they have great customer service. Or your local jeweler.. Stay clear, of this one. I have tried three times to get a response and no one get back to me. But when I was going to order they called me. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE> Never hear back from them once you order.. more

No customer service 12/26/2011

My wife received a Pandora charm for Christmas that was bought from this company. The charm arrived damaged so she called customer service. The person who answered the phone said that they send out over 600 pieces a day and my wife was the first one to ever call claiming a damaged charm. The ""customer service"" agent went on to accuse my wife of purposely damaging the merchandise (?!) and said we would have to send it back so they could determine whether it was their fault or not. Based on other comments on this board, I expect nothing. Do not buy from this merchant. more

Awful customer service & questionable merchandise 10/13/2011

I purchased a Murano glass Pandora bead and several other beads from this company. The glass bead arrived at my house with the glass chipped. I sent the bead back to them and they sent it back to me saying that it wasn't their fault. They think I damaged this bead!!!!!!!! I took the bead to the Pandora Store at Crossgates in Albany and they exchanged it for me, even though I didn't buy it from their store. I will definitely be spending my money at my local store from now on. It's worth the drive to know that I'm dealing with a business that respects their customers. more

Save your money and take a community college jewelry class 8/8/2011

My mother in law has been bragging about how fabulous this place is for a long time. I really had no desire to go to a place named Elisa Ilana, but mother in laws are relentless. To appease her, I finally agreed to go to the store with her. Honestly, some of the stuff in the store wasn't half bad. They had some name brand stuff that I've seen at other jewelers. They had lots of other jewelry that the saleswoman said they make in the building. I thought that some of it looked nice but then I saw the prices. I remember taking jewlery classes in high school and they taught us most of the techniqes they use in their jewelry. We used most of the same jewelry parts too. I cannot believe the prices at this place. If they are selling any of this jewelry it must be to people who have more money than brains. I think I will take a basic jewelry making class at the community college and make my own ""designer jewelry"" at a fraction of the price. The positives of this place are that there was plenty of parking and very few customers, the dark haired saleswoman was friendly, the place is in a good neighborhood, so you shouldn't get mugged in the parking lot. more

Horrible Policy 6/7/2011

I purchased 4 Pandora charms as a Mother's Day gift. My sister purchased the same ones as well without me knowing so I needed to return them. I called customer support to get help processing the return. She told me that their return policy is 3 DAYS after the shipment is received...3 WHOLE DAYS. I have had the UNOPENED package for longer than 3 days (which I would imagine is pretty customary when you are buying a gift for someone), so I am not able to return them. Not only is this return date INSANELY inadequate but there was no mention of this on the checkout screen (which customer support verified for me). She said its on another part of their website -- apparently we, as customers, are supposed to search the deep dark corners of their website for this information instead of putting it right on their checkout screen...to logical I suppose. Buyer beware! I will never buy form them again and don't recommend anyone does either...there are plenty of reputable and responsible companies out there who should get our business. more

Terrible Customer Service 3/23/2011

I choose Elisa Ilana to order my Pandora ring because the ad said ""entire collection in stock, no sales tax, free shipping"". I ordered a $200 ring on January 10, 2011. 3-4 days later they called to tell me it was out of stock and Pandora was closed for a couple weeks. Ok fine why didn't you call me right away and tell me? Anyway I waited for the ring. I emailed to find out status with no response. I finally receive the ring but it's too big. Sent it back for an exchange. I sent it back on Feb 7, it's now MARCH 23 and I still have no ring. I have emailed with no response. After many emails I finally received an email from the Sales manager and apparently this is acceptable to them. I have waited 12 week, no ring and they have my $200. more

Horrific Customer Service 5/8/2009

I purchased a bracelet for an anniversary gift. It wasn't until 3 days later I was told that half of my order was out of stock and on back order. I asked why I was allowed to purchase the items on the website and was told that the website doesn't update for stock. Fine. Annoyed, I was told that the rest of the order would be in and shipped as soon as possible. My $18 for two-day shipping is already wasted at this point. Call back on Wednesday. Okay. I called back on Wednesday (my anniversary), the order had just come in and they don't know if I'll get one of the 40 or 90 charms of the type I ordered. Call back Thursday. Fine. Call back Thursday, they're still not sure. I call back the next day, and am informed that one charm is in and the other still won't be there until the next Tuesday. They only ship back orders via regular first class post, which meant it'd be about 2 weeks after the date I needed the gift I'd have the rest of it. I gave it up for lost and canceled the order. more
