I purchased a bracelet for an anniversary gift. It wasn't until 3 days later I was told that half of my order was out of stock and on back order. I asked why I was allowed to purchase the items on the website and was told that the website doesn't update for stock. Fine. Annoyed, I was told that the rest of the order would be in and shipped as soon as possible. My $18 for two-day shipping is already wasted at this point. Call back on Wednesday. Okay. I called back on Wednesday (my anniversary), the order had just come in and they don't know if I'll get one of the 40 or 90 charms of the type I ordered. Call back Thursday. Fine. Call back Thursday, they're still not sure. I call back the next day, and am informed that one charm is in and the other still won't be there until the next Tuesday. They only ship back orders via regular first class post, which meant it'd be about 2 weeks after the date I needed the gift I'd have the rest of it. I gave it up for lost and canceled the order.
