My wife received a Pandora charm for Christmas that was bought from this company. The charm arrived damaged so she called customer service. The person who answered the phone said that they send out over 600 pieces a day and my wife was the first one to ever call claiming a damaged charm. The ""customer service"" agent went on to accuse my wife of purposely damaging the merchandise (?!) and said we would have to send it back so they could determine whether it was their fault or not. Based on other comments on this board, I expect nothing. Do not buy from this merchant.
