I wish I had done my research before ordering. It seems when you are going to order they get to you. But then if you have a question after you pay and place your order you hear nothing back from them. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I wish I had done my homework. My three daughters want to start Pandora bracelets, I will definitely steer them towards another online retailer I used in the past,. they have great customer service. Or your local jeweler.. Stay clear, of this one. I have tried three times to get a response and no one get back to me. But when I was going to order they called me. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE> Never hear back from them once you order..
