Exactly what I ordered. Prompt, friendly service. Did not tear up my lawn. I would order again.
The only issue I have is having to call the Monday before the party to confirm. That seems antiquated and backwards nowadays. Why not call the customer instead?

As you can imagine, confirming each order by going over the details directly with each customer, is a critical part of our business. We have found that in our 17 years of doing business, that when we make outbound calls during business hours, we reach roughly 20 of our customers. Therefore, we ask customers to call when it's convenient for them and we also send reminder emails to those customers who we haven't been able to reach via phone. With hundreds of customers to confirm each week, we do what we must to make contact with 100 of them. I hope that answers your question!
