I rented online but also contacted the customer service center with questions. Getting through to customer service was quick and agents are very helpful. The lady let me know about coupons that made my decistion to rent with awesome bounce. They have the option to pay upon arrival, which also made my decision final. Customer service will call you at least twice to confirm your order. They gave me a four hour window of delivery 9a-noon. The delivery driver didn't come during this time. I called to the customer servie several times and the gentleman was very helpful. Unfortunately to say the driver didn't arrive until after 1:30p. I did recieve $20 off my total for them being late. It did however damper my experience. I was trying to prepare for my childs birthday party and that was worrying me. I feel like if they were going to be late the driver should have called and let me know. Once they came the set up was quick and the children had a great time in it. If it had not been for the customer service guy (I think named George)I would have been very uneasy and would not recommend Awesome Bounce. Customer Service handled the situation very well. I would recommend evaluating customer service with the warehouse and drivers. Thank you.
