1st Maintenance 1/11/2014

This was my first maintenance on my VW Passat, everything went well, they answered all my questions and helped me with a couple of things I was doing wrong on the remote starting. Great John more

Honest Dealership 1/9/2014

Recently took my GTI in for an oil change. It was discovered that the drain plug had been over tightened at the last oil change and the plug could not be removed. A new oil pan and plug were installed without question or cost to me. more

Auburn VW Service have a stellar customer service. I have been taking my 2011 Jetta here for regular maintenance and each time is a great experience. Rod is personable yet professional. This is the only place I will take my car for service. more

You shouldn't charge for a loaner. I've never had a dealer who did that. I find it especially annoying because there's nothing in immediate walking distance to the dealership. Aren't courtesy vehicles pretty much the standard? more
