Review content:
We had used Arnold & Sons before, and the guy that came to the house was actually the same plumber who had come back before. It was nice to have that kind of continuity in it, as I've got two kids, my husband was at work, and I'm not from the Peoria area. It's nice knowing the person that comes to the house.
Everything went fine. The plumber started with what the immediate problem was, then he moved on to find what the main problem was and corrected it from there. The price hurt, but whatever, at least it's fixed. I just feel that it's really difficult to let a stranger into your home, but I felt comfortable letting this plumber in, and letting him come back. Whenever we have a plumbing issue, we'll call Arnold & Sons.
