Wow. After reading some of these reviews I'm thinking either I didn't eat at the same restaurant or these people are crazy, snobby whiners, the likes of which I don't want to know. And even with a coupon!? Any way...we recently dined here for the first time using a LivingSocial coupon. Although the ""fine print"" said we couldn't use it on certain dates, the owner was gracious enough to accept it. Good P.R. We went on a Saturday night, so it was busy and there was a reasonable wait, even with a reservation. I wasn't upset because at an all you can eat establishment, it is hard to tell when tables will open up. Right? No prob. We went to the bar, ordered a glass of wine ($9 each), chatty and enjoyed the bar area and some of the people in it. That's what reasonable adults do in nice restaurants. This ain't Denny's folks. It's a night out, relax and enjoy. In fact, there was some obnoxious dude in the bar whining about a 10 minute wait, trying to score a free drink because of it. Really? Get out a little will ya? I feel bad for his girlfriend/wife cuz she was nice.\r
What a cheapo. Stay home.\r

They didn't have a full time bartender, but we had no trouble getting a drink from the owner. When we were shown to our table, the dining room was lovely and our table was perfect. There was a jazz duo playing and the place was packed. There was one very large party that took up many tables, so I suspect that was the reason we waited a bit for our table. As soon as we were seated our server came and offered us a drink and explained how things worked there. We were given our ""meat cards"" and a basket of mini rolls and off we went to the salad bar. Perhaps I am not a picky whiner, but I found the selections to be wonderful, fresh and unique! Bread, cheeses, vegetables, salads, dressings, rice, potatoes, black beans, etc, etc. We came back to our table and enjoyed our salads while grooving to the awesome music. Then we flipped our cards to green and wowzers! Lots of meat!!! Filet, top & bottom sirloins, chicken, sausage. Some were wrapped in bacon. Decadent!! The servers came to us frequently to be sure our plates and glasses were never empty. \r

When we were ready for dessert, we asked about their dessert choices. Turtle cheesecake, key lime pie, creme brulee and papaya ice cream, I think. We passed because we were in the mood for something chocolaty. We had NO idea there was more to come! The grilled pineaple came along with fried banana and breaded (fried?) yucca. Delish!! I've never had grilled pineapple. Boy, was THAT yummy! I will have to try that at home. \r

Then we asked for our check, it was promptly processed and the server returned with a souvenier pen and when I asked if I could keep the meat cards, she said sure! I thought they were a nice and fun momento to our wonderful dining experience.\r

On our way out, the owner (Airton) personally thanked us and asked if we enjoyed ourselves - which we did.\r

All in all - we had a super time! We will surely recommend it to friends and will come back someday soon!\r
