We went to Angus because of City Search reviews and the Houston Chronicle. We love Fogo de Chao and we were anticipating our experience at Angus. The restaurant was empty except for one other table. The rolls were cold and stale, the presentation of the polenta, plantains and yucca were not appetizing. The meat was so rare covered with butter. The meats were so tough and chewy it was impossible to eat. The salad bar was not served as others mentioned and it was limited served with cold rice and beans. We have tasted much better at fast food restaurants. I'ved never met a shrimp that I did not like. They served my husband 2 shrimp and me 1 that was so salty I spit it out. \r
I have never written a review but needed to share our disappointment in our experience. They charge $20.00 for the salad bar which was totally not worth even half of that. There was a reason that this restaurant was empty.
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor Quality Food
