I'm not sure what people are complaining about -- I was here for my graduation lunch. The atmosphere isn't the greatest, but I'm there for food. I liked the meat, with the exception of chicken heart. Of course, since I don't normally eat a lot of meat, my opinion is probably not the best.\r more

Not as fancy as Fogo de chao, but neither is it as expensive. You do have to love meat to really enjoy this place - the meat keeps coming. We found the food good, and we tried to try a little of everything, which is hard to do with so many offerings. The salad bar was ok, but we didn't come for salad. The sirloin was our favorite. Some of the meat was more tender than other meats. The decor is different - we found it eclectic. And when we there they had live music which was pleasant and not loud or disruptive., Overall, a place that isn't as commercial/big business as the chain places like Fogo, which was appealing to us.\r more

This place is FANTASTIC! Authentic delicious food, great service. First you get to get as much of anything you want at the salad bar, and the incredible cheese bread, then the amazing meat comes. They have a million choices and you can taste every single one over and over again. My personal favorites are the bacon wrapped fillet, house special, and bottom sirloin. Don't skip the grilled pineapple and fried bananas, they are heavenly. Oh and you HAVE to get the authentic Brazilian Lemonade, it is to die for. The desserts are all fabulous too. There is so much great authentic food for a low price, I come back again and again!\r more

Purchased an Amazon Local Deals Coupon allowing upto 4 meals at half price based on reviews on internet and the establishment's website. Arrived at 8:30pm 8/3/2013, no bartender at the bar, served water with a bunch of things floating in the water (all 3 glasses), 2 out of 3 forks had food debris on them, servers skipped our table so often we were ready to walk out, took 30 minutes to get an ice tea refill, tables were not cleaned well and appeared to be mostly resale/garage sale rejects, when it came time to leave they applied 4 meals toward our voucher instead of just 3 and charged tax based on the full meal price not the 50% price of the voucher spoke with wait staff and manager without satisfaction. WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND. Outside facade is nice but inside it did not match the website or reviews that we read. Left feeling ripped off, disrespected and extremely disappointed. FIRST and LAST Visit. more

FABULOUS! Everything was clean, fresh&VERY GOOD! The staff was amazing! Very very nice &helpful. The Food was passed often and cooked very well. The manager was nice but my host was even BETTER! Not 1 complaint! This place matches Fogo all day! Salad bar had a nice variety. Salad, meats, cheese, bread, super fresh veggies. Chicken wrapped bacon, pineapple & rolls were my FAVORITE! This was my first time here I will FOR SURE be back!\r more

I was there last weekend, the food was yummy. My fav of the night was chikn wrapped in bacon and the cheez breads. I had a glass of malbec wich was pretty good, my friend had a drink called capirinia. And yeah the hostesss was amazing, she was very helpful and nice. Definitely going there again and again. Its affordable and the variety of food is great. I wish the music was not as lowd tho.\r more

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I are regulars. I can understand why some people would speak negatively, but in reality the service and food are great considering the servers are being pulled in every direction. I don't think anyone should make a judgment on going one time. Most people have never experienced a restaurant like this, and don't know what to expect. We are stuffed and every time we leave. Favorite date night spot for us.\r more

We will never again visit this restaurant. We were grudgingly shown to a table some time after our arrival. There we sat and waited for our server. When none was in evidence, we made a trip to the salad bar. Still no drinks. We were eventually able to get a few pieces of meat, but most servers managed to skip our table completely. As our meal wound to a close, we were finally asked if we'd like something to drink. The food was good but I have NEVER felt so invisible in my life. Awful service! more

Had a large group come to this place and it was nice. The party I was with was 11 people and man what a great experience! Service was great food was excellent and salad bar was really good! Before I went here I read some reviews and was kind of nervous but this place is worth every dollar! The owner was very kind and staff was not hesitant to be offering the meats. I do not remember a server not being around for long periods of time. The bread was great the pineapple was awesome! The best meat in my opinion was the filet wrapped in bacon and the chicken. We went on a Wed night and can't stress enough how much we all enjoyed it! Thank you Angus grill!\r more

    Airton Demoraes is a top Brazilian chef and entrepreneur whom Houston inspired to open his all-you-can-eat steakhouse (churrascaria). With assistance from his brother, Juarez, his dream was fulfilled in 2009 when he first opened the doors of the Angus Grill Brazilian Steakhouse in Houston, Texas.
