Relaxing Experience 11/28/2005

I was a little nervous about going because of previous reviews, but I had a gift certificate for a spa day and really wanted to use it. There are actually 2 locations, I went to the one by William's Trace Blvd. The staff was nice, greeted me with a smile. The spa portion was very enjoyable and relaxing. Atmosphere was very quiet, comfortable and laid back. Lunch was served to me in the spa and then ended with a haircut and style. Never once did I feel I was an inconvenience or neglected. I walked out feeling like a new woman! Overall, I had a great time and didn't notice any of the negatives previously mentioned. If anything, I felt a bit cramped in the nail room. Horrible treatment 7/23/2005

I went to get a haircut, got there, had to wait, and was pretty much ignored by the staff, while they chit-chatted about their co-workers and some party, then after 35 minutes, the stylist came out with extreme attitude, was very rude to me when I told him what I had in mind, did not smile, basically made me feel very uncomfortable, I was very cautious in telling him what I had in mind for my haircut, because I didn't want him to ruin my hair cut, and even though I told him what I wanted, he continued to do what HE wanted, so I had to keep reminding him. It's real shame that even after paying close to $100 (tip included), I was treated as if I was riff-raff. With so much competition, it is disturbing that a salon with such bad customer service stiill exists. Pros: convenient location, clean Cons: customer service, stylist, staff more

Excellent Experience in Sugar Land 3/11/2005

When I need to be pampered, this is the place I go! I get all my services done here, from facials to hair to pedicures and massages. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is elegant. I refer all my friends to this salon and they have all loved it! more
