Albert and Amin should spend some of the money they make on hiring competent people to answer the phone and book appointments. I called to complain about a bad haircut with the wrong stylists and I'm told I was confused. Asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and get transferred to voicemail. What ever happened to customer service? This place obviously doesn't understand the concept or realize that without customers who pay for the pricy haircuts they wouldn't be in business. Don't waste your time going to this place!
