I went to get a haircut, got there, had to wait, and was pretty much ignored by the staff, while they chit-chatted about their co-workers and some party, then after 35 minutes, the stylist came out with extreme attitude, was very rude to me when I told him what I had in mind, did not smile, basically made me feel very uncomfortable, I was very cautious in telling him what I had in mind for my haircut, because I didn't want him to ruin my hair cut, and even though I told him what I wanted, he continued to do what HE wanted, so I had to keep reminding him. It's real shame that even after paying close to $100 (tip included), I was treated as if I was riff-raff. With so much competition, it is disturbing that a salon with such bad customer service stiill exists.
