I will never go anywhere else because every time I do, I'm disappointed with the results! Nothing compares to Miraya's facials! Whether you get the relaxing facial or one of the many peels they offer, you will feel rejuvenated, relaxed, pampered and best of all, your face will be glowing! I went in last week for the first time to get An Albert Luiz Spa, because I was referred by a friend to go there for their relaxing facials and to ask for Miraya. Oh my goodness they were right. I had the Golden Caviar treatment and my face has never looked so refined and radiant. Miraya was so meticulous and relaxing while doing my facial I literally had to fight my from going to sleep. She gives the best facial, neck, and chest massages during your treatment. I am telling everyone I know about An Albert?s Spa . I go to the salon a couple times a month for a color touch up and cut. I always request Whitney. She is so talented and always makes my hair look absolutely amazing! She is the sweetest, cutest little lady I know. You will be transformed into a new person at this place. Pros: Whitney is amazing at what she does. more

I love the way the staff greets you when you walk in ,and offers you a beverage while you wait. Then the personal attention I got from Whitney was just awsome, and she left no question unanswered. I donated my hair to locks of love, and after cutting my pony tail it was dried and handed to me in a bag to do with as I wish. Whitney is the BEST as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Whiiiiiiiiiiiit. Amazing service 7/31/2009

I've been a client of the salon for the past 6 years and I have never encountered issues like the ones mentioned below. I was referred by my friends who live in Sugar Land, and it's always worth it to make the drive there from Tomball. The front staff always greets me by my name and thats very important to me and my service technicians are always courteous and do an amazing job. Yes they always remind me to buy professional products, and i do at times, but that's normal...I mean that's their job to make sure my color stays looking fresh. And finally, I think it's great that I don't have to be surrounded by kids. I have 2 of my own and love them to death, but the salon time is MY TIME. Besides, do you really want your 2 month old child around chemicals and hairsprays? I think it's worth every penny! Pros: Great people and knowledgeable Cons: wish they had a location in tomball more

Will NOT go back 7/20/2009

I had my hair highlighted there for about 2 years. Kenny Perez did a great job. I was going on vacation and needed my blonde highlights ASAP so I called and in and it was going to be over a week before I could get in so they suggested another person Kelly Adams. So I agreed. Well I was in the salon for 3 HOURS! She used the wrong color on my hair so I quickly went from blonde to brown...I had leopard spots on the top of my head. The worst part is that is that they wanted me to come back to the same girl to have her re-do my hair...they wouldnt "allow" for another person to fix it unless I paid again. I also needed a haircut but after being there a solid 3 hours and the girl messing up my hair; I couldnt wait to get out of that salon. So I have found another salon and the 4 people I referred there have changed salons as well....it was very bad business. The managers were not the nicest. I could barely get a call back from them, I had to call over and over again. HORRIBLE HAIRCOLOR! Stick to Visible Changes.... Pros: Nice atmosphere Cons: Pricey more

One year ago a reviewer wrote a great comment on Liz Duran, rest assured, one year later, her skills, personality and great customer service the highlight of the Salon. I have an appt in two weeks for new color and cut and can not wait to see what the look is going to be. I trust her selections completely and she has proven that trust is deserved.
