Kenny Whitehead-Innovative Haircutter!! 1/31/2006

Kenny did a fantastic job on my hair. I was looking for something new and he had great recommendations. He sorta reminded me of the soup nazi from Seinfeld but that's a GOOD thing, trust me ladies he's worth it! Get an appt w/ him and you'll see. Very professional and most importantly he knows what he's doing!!! I highly recommend him!!! Excellent service, very friendly. Loved my hair. more

Kenny did a fantastic job on my hair. I was looking for something new and he had great recommendations. He sorta reminded me of the soup nazi from Seinfeld but that's a GOOD thing, trust me ladies he's worth it! Get an appt w/ him and you'll see. Very professional and most importantly he knows what he's doing!!! I highly recommend him!!! Excellent service, very friendly. Loved my hair. more

The staff at Albert Luiz truly do care about your comfort, relaxation, and well being. I've been a patron there for several years and I have to say...they are the best. Aside from their excellent service from beginning to end, they really do take the time to make sure that each of their guests is comfortable. Numerous times, the owner comes by around the salon and asks if anyone wants a beverage or if everything is to their satisfaction. I've just never seen an owner do that in a salon and spa...although they have grown alot thru the years...their service still remains the same...excellent...just wanted the readers to know that Pros: beautiful, excellent service, caring people more

Aside from their excellent service from beginning to end, they really do take the time to make sure that each of their guests is comfortable. The best massage of my life 1/18/2006

Linda is a Savior!...I was in so much pain and had visited several different chiropractors and various massage therapists. I went to see Linda at an albert luiz salon and she immedialtely pointed out my situation...before I said a word. I've seen her 3 times since then, and my back problem is gone!!!...no more aches and pain....I thought it was something I would live with for the rest of my life and Now ...the pain is GONE!!!She is amazing and so is the salon...GO THERE!!! Pros: Very pretty, reasonable more

The Best Spa day 1/16/2006

My husband got me a spa day for christmas 2004 and I accidentally misplaced it. I called the salon over 1 year later and they were kind enough to let me use it...they have a good trackibg system and found it. I went in expecting an average experience, and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. everything was absolutely heavenly and the staff couldn't be nicer. They were courteous, informative, and pampering, including other staff members who I didn't even receive serive from...the only thing I would change is the amount of food that was served during my lunch...it was enough for 2-3 people...I will definitely return, and recommend that my husband buy me another certificate. I promise to use it right away. Pros: Beautiful, Accomodating, Excellent service more

Oh my god...my sister has never looked better. Albert Luiz is a genius. My sister went to see him for a new look. She had to wait a month, but it was well worth it. He took his time to greet her and have a complete consultation before his assistant started the shampoo process. He told her exactly what to do to style her hair and she has maintained her look ever since. I'm on the wait list next. I'm sure everyone there is great, but I just want to try him as well. My sister has told everyone how incredible everything was. His haircut was around $80, but I would have paid $200 for that fabulous style. Ladies, we can change a BAD outfit, but something you wear every single day, you gotta spend the money and see Mr Luiz! more

Relaxing Experience 11/28/2005

I was a little nervous about going because of previous reviews, but I had a gift certificate for a spa day and really wanted to use it. There are actually 2 locations, I went to the one by William's Trace Blvd. The staff was nice, greeted me with a smile. The spa portion was very enjoyable and relaxing. Atmosphere was very quiet, comfortable and laid back. Lunch was served to me in the spa and then ended with a haircut and style. Never once did I feel I was an inconvenience or neglected. I walked out feeling like a new woman! Overall, I had a great time and didn't notice any of the negatives previously mentioned. If anything, I felt a bit cramped in the nail room.
