I was a little nervous about going because of previous reviews, but I had a gift certificate for a spa day and really wanted to use it. There are actually 2 locations, I went to the one by William's Trace Blvd. The staff was nice, greeted me with a smile. The spa portion was very enjoyable and relaxing. Atmosphere was very quiet, comfortable and laid back. Lunch was served to me in the spa and then ended with a haircut and style. Never once did I feel I was an inconvenience or neglected. I walked out feeling like a new woman!
Overall, I had a great time and didn't notice any of the negatives previously mentioned. If anything, I felt a bit cramped in the nail room. Very tight quarters!
