I've been a client of the salon for the past 6 years and I have never encountered issues like the ones mentioned below. I was referred by my friends who live in Sugar Land, and it's always worth it to make the drive there from Tomball. The front staff always greets me by my name and thats very important to me and my service technicians are always courteous and do an amazing job. Yes they always remind me to buy professional products, and i do at times, but that's normal...I mean that's their job to make sure my color stays looking fresh. And finally, I think it's great that I don't have to be surrounded by kids. I have 2 of my own and love them to death, but the salon time is MY TIME. Besides, do you really want your 2 month old child around chemicals and hairsprays? I think it's worth every penny!
Pros: Great people and knowledgeable
Cons: wish they had a location in tomball
