I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

friendly professional service 1/17/2017

America's Plumbing Company recently cleaned a sewage drain underneath my house. It went great, especially when he explained where my problems were located and so we should be able to avoid problem for a lot longer this time. The price seemed a little steep but when he said I had a three year warranty that made up difference in price. I used America's Plumbing Company before, but it must have been 20-25 years ago. I would probably use their service again if needed. You couldn't ask for a better technician. I have a special needs grandson and the technician was able to answer all his questions and let him be involved in what he was doing, which was very nice. If all the technicians are like the one we had then you'll have no problems. He was very professional, explained everything that was going on and what he was doing. more

Very informative 1/9/2017

The thing that I liked the most about the guy that came out to my home from America's Plumbing Co was that he was very informative. He showed me what my problems were and what I would need to do to improve my plumbing. He answered all of my questions and really took the time to explain to me why certain fixes would need to be made. He gave me good estimates as well and the overall briefing that he gave me was great. Very happy and would definitely use these guys again. more

I would definitely recommend America's Plumbing Co, Inc. and I would give them 5 out of 5 for everything: their service, the total experience and the quality of the work, top rating for everything. We didn't have any problems and I have no complains. The price is high but it works for what they do, so the cost is worth it for the value of the work. more

Top Notch Service for a Water Pipe Work 11/26/2016

My french drain in the front yard started to leak after days of no rain and it got me worried. I called multiple plumbing companies and America's Plumbling Co came the next day. Rick C showed up and made a very great impression. He recommended an exploratory diagnosis by excavating possible water line leak and found that water line was right under a big tree. He would come back 2 days later but letting me know he is planning to re-route the water pipe around the tree and how much everything would cost. Rick was very upfront on everything and I would recommend Rick and his company to anyone in need of a plumbing work. more

Service was prompt, effective and reasonable 11/16/2016

We were in a bind with a sewage blockage on a Sunday. Several other companies we called were unable to come out until several days later. That would not work for us. America's Plumbing Co on the other hand was quick to dispatch their technician that morning. Within 2 hours of the call, the technician arrived and 30 minutes or less later, the blockage was cleared. Making the whole experience better, despite the Sunday service call, the price was reasonable. more

I only call when I have an emergency. They have always responded quickly. They seem to do good work. I am comfortable with their technicians coming into my house. I recommend them more

OVER PRICED 9/20/2016

I had a small sprinkler problem and asked them to come out and give an estimate. I had a leaking ball valve and three bad sprinkler control valves. These guys came out and quoted over $1200 which included 371.00 for a 1" ball valve! I had local landscape guy come out and he fixed all for $250.00 after taking $50.00 off his price. I know something about valves and this was a straight attempt at gouging my wife who I asked to get the quote. These guys should be ashamed of this! Don't do business with them. more

America's Plumbing Co unclogged a drain pipe for me. The experience went okay. I've used them several times, now. I've had a lot of recurring times when they have come out and they have charged me each time. It seems like everything that they find isn't covered under the 90 warranty. more
