A Plumber to Place on Speed Dial! 5/13/2012

Our favorite plumber (Todd G.) was unable to make the house call so he told us to call America's Plumbing Co. I did not know what to expect. I can firmly say I will use this company for any and all plumbing problems. Shade, arrived within the time expected, placed shoe covers on each time he came into the house and made sure that the location of the service van was not in an inconvenient location. Shade was very clear in his communications about the costs and the tasks of the service. He also communicated a free maintance service for the hot water heater. After he flushed the hot water heater he went out the service van and returned with a cap for the hot water heater drip valve. I did not notice that mine did not have this cap for the valve. The original service call was for a backed up shower drain, which was fixed in recored time. Shade cleaned the shower after working in it. He asked if I had any other concerns and look a look at everything I pointed out. He was patient with me, listen and did not interupt me while I was explaining and treated each of my concerns with importance. Thank you Shade and America's Plumbing for the work completed. I will recommend you to anyone that asked about a plumber. more

John and Brian did an awesome job. They were able to identify the source of the problem in my pipe very quickly. The repair was also done in a neat and orderly fashion. 5/11/2012

I really appreciated both John and Brian's hardwork today. They made sure to explain the problem, the process of fixing the problem, and how to avoid it from happening again. They were also very neat and tidy about fixing the pipes. Many times, customers do not receive the care and helpful tips they should be getting without some kind of fee. However, John and Brian gave me very helpful advice. Although I waited all day for someone to arrive, they alleviated my stress by providing me with quality customer service. I highly recommend these two. They also work great as a team. If this is what I am paying for (quality service without being pressured to pay for additional procedures)then I must admit it just may be worth it. more

We have used them before to install our sprinklers about 10 years ago. Good plumbers are hard to find so we call when ever we have a problem. more

Toilet 5/3/2012

John T was the best. My toilet in the master bathroom was constantly leaking water. John fixed the problem and also gave me advise on replacing some of the valves throughout my home. I'm very happy with the service I received. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of the great service I received. more

Excellent Service 4/7/2012

I called four different plumbing companies including America's Plumbing Co. before deciding to go with this company. The three other companies all wanted to charge me between $50 and $150 dollars simply to come out and assess the problem. America's Plumbing Co. came out FOR FREE less than 30 minutes after I called and assessed my problem ON A SATURDAY. When they gave me the estimate the technician gave me time to call other plumbing companies to see what it would cost for them to come out and fix the problem he found and their estimates were all higher than his (and would still include the assessment fees). He quickly fixed the problems and gave us a free inspection of the rest of the house. If your are looking for fast, friendly and affordable service you can't do better than America's Plumbing Co. more
