Dave Hill quickly repaired the broken pop-up assembly rod in the bathroom sink.

Worst

I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

Fast Service 9/23/2012

Very fast service, arrived within an hour. Dave was very professional. I had a pipe leaking inside an exterior wall. Dave found the problem and gave me an estimate how much the repair would cost before doing the repair, He fixed my plumbing problem in a timely fashion. Would definately use this company again. more

Good, thorough, professional job! 9/6/2012

Americas Plumbing company has been my go-to for two years and I haven't been disappointed. This time Shade handled the preventive mainline clearing - last time I missed the signs and had a huge mess! He was efficient and knowledgeable, during both the job and final inspection. Especially liked the soft sell for potential future work to be done. I didn't feel pressured. The only issue was they didn't call before showing up - we were almost out on an errand, but they were early so it was nice...especially on a holiday!! more

Great tectnician and service 9/5/2012

Shade Tkins came out because we had a clogged kitchen sink. Besides unclogging it, he gave us a through inspection and made several recommedations. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and was very clean. Just a really great and professional technician. I would highly recommend him. more

clogged sink---again!!! 9/3/2012

Our kitchen sink has been clogged 3 times this year. This is the 3rd time Americas Plumbing Company has been to our house. Each time they came out the same day and fixed the sink. Last time they said it was our garbage disposal that wasn't grinding the food enough. This time they came out with a new disposal and fixed it within an hour. New disposal, no clog. I LOVE America's Plumbing company, have their magnet on my fridge. I wouldn't call anyone else--EVER!!! Shade, our technician, was awesome. He was very knowledgable, friendly and got the job done. THank you Shade!!!! more

Drains Cleaned. 8/31/2012

John Edwards came out and cleaned both my kitchen & downstairs bathroom drain with the cable. I have had John out to fix plumbing and replace a toilet for the downstairs bathroom previously so I already knew I was getting a knowledgeable and efficient professional. He takes the time to check that everything is working correctly before he leaves and never leaves you with a mess to clean up. Not only that, this companies rates are fare too. It's a well run company and it is the only one I call when I need plumbing work done and even my drip system. more

Repaired broken pipe and water valve 8/15/2012

Todd and Shade took care of my repairs and in a quick and friendly manner. Both were good workers knew how best to repair the broken pipe. Also did a free check of household plumbing and did a flush on hot water heater. Great job!!!! Thanks more

Very Impressed! 8/2/2012

Great overall service from the operator to the plumber, Shade, who was not only very experienced, but super polite. When a pipe broke as I was changing out an angle stop, I wasn't sure what to do. While I initially thought the price was a bit steep, by the time Shade left, I feel like I got a lot for the money. He not only quickly took care of the problem, but gave me great advice on how to install a new faucet AND gave me a TON of helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues. That coupled with the courtesy water heater flush and home inspection, I was very happy with the service. Shade, and Americas Plumbing Co. clearly care about providing quality customer service. They've definitely earned my business for future needs. Thanks again! more
