Dave Hill quickly repaired the broken pop-up assembly rod in the bathroom sink.

Worst

I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

Excellent Service, As Always 3/20/2014

I have used America's Plumbing Company four times for various services, i.e., sprinklers (twice), snaking to clear the pipes, and repairing my shower. Each service was performed by professional competent service experts. They were on time and the work was done in a short period of time. The prices were reasonable too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Gil Jones was my service person today and, as always, the work was done expertly in a timely manner. more

Second time using Americas Plumbing and will use again 3/14/2014

This is the second time I have had Americas plumbing come out and help with issues at a rental property I have. Had a smaller independent plumber come try to fix a problem and while he was great the problem proved a little too much for him so I had Marty with Americas Plumbing come out and he fixed me up. Friendly guy and was able to get there within an hour of me calling. Hopefully I dont have anymore plumbing issues for a long time to come but if I do I'll be calling them again. Thanks. more

Dave Hill, arrived on time and he is very cordial and he explained in detail the work that needed to be completed. He is very professional in the way he worked. He knew what parts needed to be order and procured them. His attitude is amazing, very quick understanding things and does not talk down to his clients. We want him back whenever we have plumbing problems. more

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY WORKMANSHIP 3/4/2014

Both Ben and Octavio are professionals who go way beyond what is required of them. My home had some major repair needed, and I was amazed at their incredible work ethic, and how they excel at their trade. They are thorough in their tasks, but also work fast and furiously. There was such attention to detail, and there were so many little things they "fixed" aside from what was contracted. Seldom in life do we get to encounter such amazing dedication and commitment. BRAVO!!!!! more

I had a gas leak so i called america''s plumbing.in 45 minutes gill came and was very helpful he found the leak and because it was late he will come tomorrow to fix it for us .He was nice and very helpful and explained the problem to us. i truly recommend this company . thank you. more

Same-Day Quality Service! 12/28/2013

My special thanks to Gil with America's Plumbing (and office staff) who came out on the same day I called and provided outstanding customer service. I asked for a complete check of all internal plumbing so that I could fix anything that was critical, and to plan for upcoming repairs. Gil was both kind and competent... encouraging, yet with no pressure either. Thank you! more

Very Satisfied 12/14/2013

Gil was able to quickly remove an old shower arm that was stuck and replace it with a new shower arm and shower head that I had purchased. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I plan to use him again when the need arises. more

Clogged kitchen drain line 12/12/2013

John Edwards from America's Plumbing Company was successful clearing my kitchen line after three other plumbers failed. He saved me or my Insurance Company, probably not covered, the cost of going through tile floor and slab foundation... no access via crawl space, make the plumbing repairs and repairing to match existing tile. The problem was out about 26-30 feet into the center of the house and, repeating what I said, is on a slab foundation. Great job! more

Great service and outstanding employees 11/8/2013

John is the best! I had a plumbing problem at my Mom's 54 year old house. He went through everything and gave me a bid. When he came to do the job he had a new employee, Kenny, who had previous experience but was new to America's Plumbing. I was able to observe and listen to John with Kenny and was very impressed. John is excellent at his job but also is great with working and training his fellow employees. I will definitely use America's Plumbing again and hopefully will get John or Kenny......I'm sure they are a good example of all the people employed at their company. Also, thanks to Haley for her great coordination and communication. more

Best Plumbing Service Ever 11/5/2013

My husband called America's for a broken kitchen sink fixture emergency the first time we used this company and John fixed the problem quickly and skillfully. The next few times we used America's was for clogged sinks and toilets and again, our problems were quickly and skillfully fixed. This time, we called America's for a problem with a plugged up sink and toilet from our water softener when someone turned off our main water valve without our knowledge. Dave did a terrific job of trouble shooting and unclogging the fixtures quickly and skillfully. I was very upset over this and appreciated that America's once again solved our problem. more

Excellent job 9/17/2013

I called around 9:00 on a Saturday morning and Dave and Octavia were at my house by 9:40. It was a big job and required going under the house more than once. The entire job took about 4 hours. They were very professional and did excellent work. For small jobs, I will probably call a plumber that charges by the hour, but for a major problem, I will call this company. more

We had a leak from our slab on the incoming line. There was no way to get to it. Marcus intercepted the ABS line and rerouted, and made a tough job a simple one. We were very pleased with your response time and Marcus was professional and courteous, Thank you for A+ service. more

Misleading advertisement 8/21/2013

The ad says you are charged by the job, not the hour. I was charged $157.50 for less than 15 minutes and was told that was the standard. I have NEVER paid that much before! The technician was very nice though. I will never use this company again. more

The best! 6/20/2013

Long story short, Ace Plumbing knocked the cement plug into the pipe. Left it there. Two calls later and another overflow I called America's Plumbing. Mike worked hard to get it out but ended up having to pull up a toilet and use the camera to find and remove it. He went so far as to video tape it so that I could attempt to recover the additional charge from Ace Plumbing. I would recommend America's Plumbing any time. more
