Dave Hill quickly repaired the broken pop-up assembly rod in the bathroom sink.

I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

America's Plumbing Co is a very dependable company. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and he was very efficient in what he did. He had a very good demeanor about himself and was pleasant to be around. This wasn't our first time using them, and it's why we keep coming back. The problem was completely fixed by the time he left. America's Plumbing Co is very reliable and is a company that knows what they're doing. more

Disappointed 7/4/2016

I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged on a weekend when we were having events with a large number of people. America's plumber said he had it fixed Friday night, but we were still clogged Saturday morning. They ended up sending out three plumbers and none were able to fix it so we went the whole weekend without bathrooms. On Monday the property managers sent out another company and they fixed it first try. Very disappointed after several good experiences. more

had a water leak in the ground 6/25/2016

rick came out to figure out water leak coming out of our water meter box. county tech said our meter and water main to the house was ok. rick went right to work and found the area of the leak in an hour. it was a main line under our sidewalk feeding some sprinkler valves in the back yard. he put in a shut off valve. that stopped the leak and got water back on to our house. rick is a great plumber, who is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. more

David is very, very nice. 6/16/2016

David from America's Plumbing Co, Inc. was fantastic. I love him to death. Most recently, he fixed our sprinkler and did something else in the backyard. I'm going to call pretty soon and have some other sprinklers fixed as well. One has a leak. He is just so nice. I've been using them for a couple of years now and he's the best. Just really, really super nice. more

A good experience. 6/9/2016

We had a clogged up sink in our laundry room and Gary from America's Plumbing Co. came out to unclog it. He was friendly and fixed the clog in an hour, it was very fast and we were happy with how efficient he was. I'd recommend Gary and America's Plumbing Co. because he did a great job. more

America's Plumbing Co, Inc. has done a couple of different jobs for me. They've done some plumbing work, worked on a fireplace and did work on a gas line. They showed up on time, and were absolutely polite. They do good work and I will continue to use them. more

America's Plumbing Co, Inc. was good. I'd used them before but this was the first time I had Richard as the technician. He was very knowledgeable and nice. The pricing I didn't really understand and I can't tell if he's giving me a good price or not but I think he's trying to help. more

Quick and efficient 5/3/2016

I had a good experience with America's Plumbing Company and they've taken care of emergency plumbing issues whenever I've needed them to come to the house. Their plumbers were very careful while replacing my pipes and made sure there were no holes in the new pipes so our toilet wouldn't leak and I really appreciated that. One piece of feedback is that the plumber who came the second time was in a rush, so we also felt rushed. He was very busy and he completed the job, but we were a little stressed and him stressing out made the experience seem a little chaotic. Other than that, we'll continue to use them whenever we have plumbing issues because they do a great job and are very nice. more

We keep on using them! 3/31/2016

We have used America's Plumbing Co, Inc. several times and it could have been in my residence, my business or in both. Maria, my wife, she probably remembers exactly what they did but I do know that they must be just fine because because we keep on using them! I can't really tell you anything beyond that but if we had an issue, we would remember exactly what that would be and we wouldn't be using them. Isn't that how it is? more

Fast Service 3/29/2016

I called Americas Plumbing to repair a leaking sink at my business. They were able to come out the same day, there was no additional fee for coming out so quickly and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would use America's Plumbing again without hesitation. more

Excellent and Fast 3/10/2016

Both the owner (James) and myself (Nancy the renter) were impressed with the speed and knowledge of Gary the plumber. It took a little over an hour from the time I called to the time Gary had finished the job. This included the time he spent going to a local hardware store for parts. I would highly recommend American Plumbing Co. PS: the rates were very reasonable! more

He could have tried a little bit more 2/29/2016

A plumber from America's Plumbing Co, Inc. came to do the clogged drain. They snaked the drain. The man was professional and on time but he did not do a good job. I was not satisfied with it. He did try the first time and it went through the drain. The second time he snaked the drain he used a camera and it was more clogged. He said that it was too much and that he couldn't do it. He tried what he could. He recommended that I do a pressure washing. I was thinking he should have tried one more time, which he didn't do, because the second time he didn't go more than 2 feet and that's where he stopped. I thought he could do a little bit more. He said he couldn't do it, I paid him and he went home. It was not cleaned all the way. In the camera I could see the problem and it was still there. It was a temporary solution. If I wanted him to clean the whole thing he would have pressure cleaned it. more

Great plumber, poor communication 2/25/2016

America's Plumbing Co, Inc. had horrible, disorganized communication. I love my plumber, he was just great. He was really knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. I'm just not happy with the dispatcher and the admin. more
