I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

We want to express our outstanding appreciation for the way the Your employee help us with a kitchen faucet. We had purchased a Kohler faucet form Home Depot. After Greg had installed it: he found it to be defective. The spray nozzle would not retract back into the receptacle. He told us about it and suggested on how to get help in replacing this bad faucet. We called Kohler and they said that they would replace the faucet and also that America's plumbing would bill Kohler. Greg "THANK YOU" you save two senior citizen a great amount of money. more

Leaking of pipe under bathroom sink 4/22/2013

After my last experience with this magnificent company, I called them out again to fix the pipe under my bathroom sink. Again, they got the job done fast and efficently. James was polite and knowledgeable and was done in a very short period of time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks! more

Excellent same day service & a home inspection! These are the people to call!!! 4/3/2013

I called thinking I would have to wait for a day or two. Marcus was at my home within 2 hours and they called me to tell me he was on the way. He was very professional and explained the problem and resolved it. He then went on to do a home inspection and explained what I needed to watch for. Marcus is proof there are still honest people out there!!! Thank you so much. I will recommend this company every chance I get!!!! more

Trustworthy, reliable 4/3/2013

I was experiencing on-going plumbing failures in my 10 year old home. I had contacted Americas Plumbing twice on an emergency basis. They were so cooperative and reliable that I decided to choose them to re-pipe the entire home. Their lead technician on the job (John), was extremely helpful. He kept me informed every step of the way with little to no change in the original estimate of cost and time to complete the job. Americas Plumbing scores above "Excellent" in my opinion. more

I needed a line cleared under my kitchen sink. I called America's Plumbing after googling Roto-Rooter and finding they had excellent reviews. They said they'd be out the next morning at 8:00AM and got there a little before that. They sent Travis. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He did a great job clearing the line in less than an hour. I certainly would recommend America's Plumbing to anyone. more

Had Sewer Line Back up 1/13/2013

Had a sewer line backup and Greg arrived within an hour after the service call was placed. He successfully snaked the line so that I could resume the use of all plumbing in the household. more

Excellent Service! 1/8/2013

Called America's Plumbing for an emergency repair (leaking water heater hose). The plumber they sent was outstanding. He checked everything, worked fast, and cleaned up really well. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. What more could you ask for? more

Shade was very professional 12/13/2012

Shade did an excellent job of explaining everything and took care of unplugging my sewer line and checking out any other problems we had and gave a quote of what it would cost to fix things without putting pressure to have it done as I told him I could not afford to fix those thing. more

Leak fixed. Finally! 11/21/2012

Had a faucet leak. Plumber ONE said I needed a part. Of Course he didn't have the part. Said to contact manufacturer and he will return to install. After one week of not being able to use the sink, part arrived. Called plumber ONE twice but he never responded. Called plumber TWO who came and put in the part and seemed ok. After he left, found wet spot under the sink. He said he would return but would need to charge for the second visit. Decided to try America's Plumbing Co. Best decision I made. James quickly analyzed problem. Fixed it quickly. Tested it afterward. Everything OK. He also checked my house for other problems and found one in the shower which he fixed. Courteous. Professional. Knowledgeable. APC is at the top of my list for plumbing help. more
