I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

Above and Beyond - All Around 2/3/2012

Bryan came the same afternoon of our call for service, and arrived at the beginning of the "window" Americas Plumbing had given us. Before servicing our disposal, he reached in and felt around the blades (which each of us had already done - to no avail) and he found a small stone that had been lodged against one of the blades. We were overjoyed that the disposal was not broken - but better yet, Bryan spoke with his boss and didn't charge anything for the service call. That is way above and beyond! more

Had a plumbing problem with the toilet and water heater leaking at the pipe fittings. Dwaine provided outstanding service. Arrived early, I explained the problems and as he worked he explained to me what he was doing to fix the problems during the process. Very thorough, competent, professional and friendly. Very clean and neat after finishing the work. Totally impressed with Dwaine and will definitely request his service again and again. Dwaine is a shining STAR!!!!! I give him ten stars in every category. Thank you America's Plumbing. more

Excellent Service 1/22/2012

My son, Matthew, attempted to replace a bathroom faucet and ran into a snag when it was leaking. We called America's Plumbing Co. because of a positive experience with our sprinkler system. The customer service agent on the telephone was polite, helpful, and was able to have a plumber visit within 2 hours (on a Sunday!). Dwayne is a professional - polite, courteous, and proficient. He was able to fix all of the issues quickly and did a wonderful job. He even checked our hot water heater while he was here. I would definitely recommend their services. more

I had Am.plumbing out to repair a main sewer line. I was very impressed with how fast they responded to my problem.The work was done very fast (in the pouring rain!) I would recommend Am. plumbing most definately. more

Dwaine was right on schedule very professional and knowledgeable. I also liked that he checked all the bathrooms and kitchen sinks for leaks and to make sure that the pipes were not clogged up. He also drained my water heater. All of that at no extra cost! I will definitely recommend your service. more

good service 1/4/2012

i called a/p at 4:30pm to come out to fix my water heater they told me it would be about 1 hr to get there it was about 45mins. DWAINE did check out my water heater and told me i would need a new one he called his co worker and did ask him to go buy there shop and pick up a new water heater and bring it over to my house and he would stay here and remove the old one and get things ready for the new one to be put in his co worker was here in about 45mins. with the new water heater he did a very good i would recommend America's plumbing to do your repairs the service was very good more

My 37 year old water heater needed to be replaced 1/1/2012

These are the people to call 12/31/2011

Wednesday morning my our shower backed up after my husbands quick shower. It started with dirt and thin roots, and hair. Then it was sewage. Eeww! Then water started coming from the bottom of the toilets. Water and stink was everywhere I looked. When Americas Plumbing Co came out, a short time after being called, Wayne was very nice and professional as well as quick to fix thie pipe that had been invaded by the rose bush roots. He noticed a bigger problem, and was quick to set up an appointment for Thursday at my convenience to fix the next situation. When he got to our house he was again very nice and quick to fix the problem. He had run into a small situation while fixing the broken pipe, and came to a quick resolution. The job was about 3 1/2 hours and the whole time Wayne was very nice and did a great job. Side note, when the hole was dug up all the dirt was put on a tarp. Which in my opinion was very nice not to have left over dirt on my lawn. Would call them again. Great company. more

I would recommend America's Plumbing Company totally. They were really good. The last time I used them was less than a month ago. The guy came in, explained everything, and told me what needed to be fixed, why it needed to be fixed, and what would happen if it didn't get fixed. I liked that they explain things to me, especially because I am a woman and most of us don't understand plumbing stuff. Women need people like that to teach them, and I would rate them highly for that. more

America's Plumbing Co. can't be beat for high quality service at a reasonable price. Todd Gentry was the plumber who installed my gas line for a gas stove in my new town home. He did an excellent job and went the extra mile to help us get the job done properly and at a much lower cost of other estimates. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future and give it high recommendations. more

We have used Americas Plumbing several times since moving to the Sacramento area. in every case they have been very responsive, generally providing same day service. We have used them for outside irrigation work,inside plumbing and fireplace service. In all cases the service has been friendly and completed to our satisfaction. more

I called for a plumber for a waterless urinal. Bryan arrived within 45 minutes and took no time at all to review and correct our problem. He didn't give up when things got tough. He was businesslike, yet friendly. He provided knowledgable and professional service. We will be a return customer! more
