Dave Hill quickly repaired the broken pop-up assembly rod in the bathroom sink.

Worst

I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

Very enjoyable 10/10/2011

Bryan was very helpful and explained things that were wrong with our hot water heater and gave us an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. He also explained what could happen if we didn't get it fixed and what the man that installed it did wrong. more

Have used them several times and have always been satisfied. Fast response time is a real plus. I have liked all the employees I've met, but must give kudos to Merle who is efficient, honest, personable and just generally seems to be a good guy.I don't think they could have a better employee. more

Beat the others easily! 10/6/2011

America's Plumbing was a great choice for us. We had multiple bids on our bathroom remodel and America's Plumbing was very competitive, but what really made the difference was the great customer service we received from their technician Noel. He was very knowledgable, courteous, and had the best response time and was willing to split the work into two visits. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to others. more

Nightmare that turned into a pleasant dream! 10/5/2011

The people at America's Plumbing Co, Inc. were very thorough and professional. They came right out and right to the problem. They really helped us out! There was a back-up in the sewer line for the bathroom that wasn't allowing the water to go through. The technician from America's Plumbing Co, Inc. found out that there was another lid in another pipe that wasn't allowing the water to go through. He also found a clean-out in another location so the task wouldn't be an additional effort. This was the first time we used America's Plumbing Co, Inc. I thought they were very customer-friendly. They were very attentive to our concerns and it was very easy working with them! more

Great service 10/1/2011

I was skeptical at first giving America's plumbing Co a try with my plumbing problem. Within a hours after my phone call, Merle came out to my house. Within an hours as well, Merle fixed the sewer backup problem that I got. Merle show great skills and experiences, and shared a great deal of knowledge to common problem with clog build up from oil/grease. I highly recommend this company. more

What a great company! 9/24/2011

America's Plumbing has been sent out several times by our insurance company. This last time John recommended to them to fix the problem permanently. Merle Locke came out the next day to replace a section of sewer. Very professional, checked everything when he was done - even hauled away the leftover dirt from the excavation. Every service person from these guys has been excellent. more

Timely and professional. 9/8/2011

This was the first time I have used America's Plumbing Co. I was very pleased with the man. He came to work on my sprinklers and he got them working all right, so far, so good anyway. He even gave me some estimates and quotes for other things, but since I can't afford that right now, I told him I'd wait. I'd rate him a 5, he was very friendly and worked quickly for me. I'd use him again. more

We had a leak in wall behind washing machine and Dwaine came out quickly and solved the problem. Weeks later after all the construction to repair the water damage, he came out again quickly when asked. He also talked with the insurance company which resulted in our getting a full recovery. Thanks Dwaine. more

Great job on old plumbing 9/6/2011

Arriving right on time, David was confronted with a job that was more difficult than usual when stopping leaks, due to very old pipes that had to be replaced inside the wall. He did a great job. He went the extra mile, and I also liked his pleasant and cheerful demeanor. more

We would highly recommend America's Plumbing Co. The entire company is extremely professional and courteous, from the first phone call, the estimate, and the completion of installing and replacing our sprinkler system. Dwaine was great at explaining what was needed and what he would do. The next morning we experienced a slight problem. We called and Dwaine was here in less than one hour. He rectified the problem, which was minor, and gave us some tips for the drip system. We are very satisfied. more

I would recommend America's plumbing Co. Dwayne, came out, immediately noted the problem and repaired it! He also inspected the other plumbing in the home and made recommendations. Work was performed on schedule! Price reasonable! Great customer service! more

I had used America's Plumbing once before, and I was very satisfied with them then. Recently, I called them again and the repairman they sent out was excellent. He did quite a bit of work for me, a lot of replacing pipes and things that had rotted out. I thought the rates were reasonable. Excellent All Around 8/19/2011

The dispatcher got right back to us, telling us there was a serviceman in our area and would be right over - something we were totally thrilled by! He was efficient, professional, asked if he could check all out other plumbing areas as a service and pronounced them A-OK (for a 30+ year old house - that's wonderful!)Dwain Douglas did a great job. He took out the old disposal, installed a better new one, cleaned up afterward,and was in and out in less than two hours! more
