Dave Hill quickly repaired the broken pop-up assembly rod in the bathroom sink.

Worst

I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

The technician was on-time, fixed 4 different plumbing problems, and was knowledgeable 5/7/2011

I have not used this company for plumbing repairs but was unhappy with the last company I used. America's Plumbing sent a technician, Brian Hopkins, who was very knowledgeable. I had a kitchen sink installed, and drippy faucet, running toilet, and malfunctioning shower handle repaired. He knew exactly what to do and also knew how to fix the kitchen sink fixture that had a broken part. All 4 now work without incident. The hourly rate was a bit on the high side, but this technician was efficient and came in under the cost estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. more

Excellent service 5/4/2011

The technician arrived one hour after I called. The estimate was free, the technician very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. The estimate was quoted up front, no surprises. I would highly recommend this company. I had a broken sprinkler system, and the technician also conducted a free plumbing system checkup. I would recommend the company to anyone. Best service ever!!!!!!!!! more

Istall propper venting 4/27/2011

Meril came over to my office about a slow drain. I thought it was cloged. I have been at this location for several years and the drain never worked well. He said that the problem wasn't a clog but the venting for the drain wasn't installed propperly he install a vent and the drain works great thank Meril and Americas plumbing for a job well done. more

Would not reccomend ! Rip off!!! 4/19/2011

Total waste of time, had me waiting 5.15 hours to arrive, I lost time $ from work to be home. Then did not credit me as they promised over the phone due to the prior visit they did not resolve the problem, this visit the rep quotes $500 to $800 to resolve and I declined the service. Lots of hard working people out there who are happy to work for you, not act they are doing you a favor like these folks. If you need a plumber I would keep looking. RESPONSE FROM America's Plumbing Co, Inc.: The customer called on February 11th about a water leak in the yard. When the plumber arrived the customer directed the plumber to a water leak under the kitchen sink. The plumber repaired the water leak at the garbage disposal, and found no evidence of any other water leaks. We made a courtesy call in May and the customer said that there was still water leaking. The customer said someone would be home and we could come anytime that day. Upon arrival the plumber looked at the plumbing that was repaired underneath the kitchen sink and found no evidence of any leaks. The customer proceeded to show the plumber a new leak outside of the home and asked what it would cost to fix the leak. The plumber gave an estimate and the customer declined service. Americas Plumbing Company always strives to achieve 100 customer satisfaction and value all customers feedback to attain that goal. more

I received fast, courteous, complete service and was completely satisfied 4/15/2011

I called at 6PM with a faulty water heater. A technician was dispatched within 45 minutes. Dwaine was professional, courteous, quick and thorough in completing this job. He finished obtaining a new heater and installing it within 2 hours, gave me instructions on its use and cleaned up the site. I am extremely pleased with his work. more

A very positive experience! 4/14/2011

America's Plumbing fixed my bathroom last week, and it was a very positive experience. The man came out and looked at my bathtub, which was leaking, and it needed some washers or something. Anyway, whatever it needed, he fixed that, then he looked at all the other drains and pipes in the house. It was a very thorough job! The man was not only very experienced, but he was also cordial and friendly too. more

America's Plumbing helped me out when I was really in a bind. I picked them out of the Yellow Pages, along with a few other companies, but they were the only company that was able to help me within an hour of my calling them.
