I just received my furniture and belongings after the last weeks move. Everything seems to be in order and nothing is damaged and in good condition. As promised the company; I am writing a review to share my experience with American Choice Van Lines. I was just waiting for my goods to arrive; reviews should be written only after the move is completed. The service was absolutely fantastic and prompt. As the move was over a long distance it is possible for the furniture to move and minor damages and scratches are a part of the moving process. This however this did not happen the packing and placement was very precise to ensure the furniture would not get scratched. The boxes were places away from heavy furniture to insure they were not damaged. The staffs were very polite and were professional all the way through. They wrapped the glass and cutlery in bubble packing individually. This insured that not of it cracked during the long transport. I received my goods within 7 days although we had set an outer limit of 2 weeks. This is very efficient and cool; I definitely rank American Choice Van Lines among the best in the business and I am very happy with all your work. American Choice Van lines are the best; I just moved last month, and American Choice Van Lines went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for me. There are too many great things to list! To start off, I called last-minute and they were able to squeeze in the move for me. They followed up with detailed emails, and always kept in contact by phone when necessary. The customer services lady and her team have impeccable customer service skills, and were so kind and caring all the whole way through. They stored my things while I was in transition, and then brought everything over to the new place in excellent condition. In fact I was delayed by a day and they had to keep my stuff for an extra day, this was done at no extra cost. The lady was so sweet and made sure that everything was in perfect order. All the packers were hard workers, and quick and careful too. The best part was all my stuff arrived in excellent condition. There was no damage and that was the icing on the cake. I am operations adviser of a retail chain and I constantly need to move my residence as a part of my job requirement. Every time I was moving the cost of moving was like costing me an arm and a leg. I am recommending American Choice Van Lines for all kind of moves because they deserve to be recommended. Just about a week ago I used American Choice Van Lines for an office move. I came to know about them form a friend. He spoke highly of their service and also told me that all the people who he recommended AVCL for their move were very pleased. As this was an office move this involved a lot of furniture, equipment and paper work which we have been accumulation over the many years. This move has been planned into a bigger office space after fifteen years in the old building so you can well imagine we have accumulated a lot of furniture and equipment especially. I checked the license and insurance for this company and everything looked legit and perfect. Then I started looking at their reputation and I came to find that they have one of the best online ratings. I called them and got an estimate which was within my budget. They went over all the details for the move and did it very professionally. We talked about the packing I explained that I wanted full control and I can stop anything I did not want or I felt incorrect. They assured me everything and not only just to get my business. Basically they were very honestly. This company is very freaking good and after reading the one negative review they have, I realized that whoever wrote that review is an ignorant person because if in fact they were that type of company as mentioned as in the review then they would have done the same to me. My move with American Choice Van Lines as just that. I had a lot of stuff to carry and over a 1000 books to move. I am a book collector and have a mini library; which is in fact my priceless collection. I have books from all walk of life and some of them are rare and original extracts. My collection includes some old manuscripts; which I needed to protect under any circumstances. I spoke to the customer service lady and she was really sweet. She assured me that my books would be taken special care of and I would not need to worry. This was the answer that I was expecting from any packing and moving company. I needed to be sure, as a phone call was not enough for me. The representatives came over to my yard and explained me how the packing would be done and assured me that the price would remain as agreed. I then agreed and the day we were to move the packers arrived on time. All the books were assorted as per subject and packed in solid boxes as per their size. They were loaded at the very end, this was done to insure they would get unloaded first and would be away and above all the heavy stuff. Hi this is Andrew, I must say that moving houses is the most stressful thing on can possibly think of. You got your wardrobe, electronics, furniture, decorative, cutlery and many more things that you would want to transport safely. I was to move into a new house a couple of hours away from the previous house. The family needed more space and decided we need to move to a bigger house. He advised me on the practices followed by various companies. Most companies he advised do change their prices after signing contract; saying the work load has increased. When I hired American Choice Van Lines for an office move I was sure that they will do well because so many positive reviews cannot be wrong. I was right about them. Their sales representative was very efficient. She was very sharp and quickly made a note of the amount of stuff I had to transport. Considering we were to move office stuff; meant it involved a lot of tables and electronics. The job needed to be done efficiently and carefully to avoid damage. The lady and I agreed on a fixed price including man hours, packing and transportation. She sent the movers on the agreed date and on time. She also made sure that they have all necessary tools with them. The electronics and furniture was blanketed to avoid damage. Movers did their job with great sense of responsibility and gave their best. They carefully wrapped and boxed everything and nicely loaded on the trucks. This is the first time out of a number of tries that I have had a mover do what they have promised to do. This company came and gave me a professional quote and although they weren’t the cheapest I did get one quote cheaper than them but the representative could not even speak correct English. I choose American Choice Van Lines because of their professionalism and reasonable pricing. The day we were to move it was pouring and the weather was bad and the folks were really having a hard time loading. Despite all the difficulties the packers managed to do their stuff on time and load the van with ease. The packing was very neat and all the furniture was blanketed and plastic rolled to avoid getting wet. Delivery came on time and they the workers set up the house so nicely that all we had to do was put out our clothes and kitchenware away. This was very nice of them, considering that my wife was not feeling too well, they just never let her move and constantly kept assuring her that she would not need to worry and all the work would be managed. I was very touched with this gesture of the workers, so I went down and bought them some snacks. This company is good at their job and has a dedicated and well trained work force employed. I was to move to my new apartment in about a week time. Obviously I was looking to hire a good, reliable and affordable moving company; that time my friend Dale came to the rescue. He suggested me to hire American Choice Van Lines. Actually he is one of their regular customers. As a result I used them for the move. To be honest, Dale saved the day for me because the movers were spot on. They arrived on the fixed date. Started working almost immediately and were dedicated to finish the job. I recently moved from New york to Florida and the team at American Moving Van Lines did a great job. The cost is based on the weight of the items (not cubic feet) and the actual cost was a less than was quoted so I had to pay less than I panned and that was great! \r \r Jon and his team did a great job of keeping me informed and made this an easy move for me. Every time I move I normally contact a reputed moving company and get charged with exhorbitant prices which only tend to increase due to sleeping or hidden charges; which never find mention during a phone conversation. But, this time I chose American Choice Van Lines and boy am I happy! My quote wasn't as a high as it normally is and their team was so responsive and attentive to my needs I was pleasantly surprised. I've had some pretty scary moving experiences but I have to say that USA American Choice Van Lines have completely restored my faith in humanity! It took two hours to move my stuff from a one bedroom (with dedicated elevator) in New york to a one bedroom (3rd Floor walk up) in Florida. \r \r Four guys arrived on time and got right to work. My old apartment was completely empty after 15 minutes. As other Citysearch have noted, they use tape like it's going out of style. Twenty rolls of tape (it may have been more but I lost count after that!) later and we were off to the new place.\r \r I've never seen guys climb stairs so fast. Boxes were stacked neatly in each room. My furniture was unwrapped quickly and without a scratch. I should also note that they were extremely careful not to scratch the hardwood floor.\r \r Since I paid well under what I was quoted, I tipped the movers the balance and then some. It was well earned. I will definitely use American Van Choice Lines again in the future. more

American Choice Van Lines is truly friendly and professional on the phone as well as during the move. They gave be a pretty big window of arrival time, but they came pretty close to the start of it. From start to finish, they were under the minimum of 2 hours, which was awesome. I don't have a ton of stuff, but other moving companies definitely took longer than 2 hours... They did a great job with my stuff and nothing was damaged. \r \r I've used a lot of moving companies over the years, and I haven't been completely happy with any of them. My move was scheduled with other moving company, but they cancelled my appointment at the last moment what really frustrated me. So, I was left in a lurch; my landlord and I had fixed a date to move. As I was to move in my own apartment and he was to get new tenants. Left in a do or die situation I went online and found American Choice Van Lines Moving Company. The movers came over the same day we set up the appointment, thanking them sincerely for their understanding or else I would be with all my belongings on the street. Considering I had to move a short distance and had less stuff to move many companies we not interested to help me out. Generally big packing and moving companies find it difficult to cater to tine moves. American Choice Van Lines however had no issues from the very beginning to do my packing and moving. The company’s sales representative was class, I was asking her loads of silly questions, but she was sincerely replying each and every one of them. The patiently informed me the company rules and regulations and how the packing and moving was to be carried out. Most companies I spoke to were giving me price based on the weight. In fact most companies have a minimum weight criteria, which in terms of my shifting was a lot of money. I requested American Choice Van Lines for some kind of a deal because I never wanted to pay so much money. The company understood my problem and worked out a flat price for me. This was cheaper that all other companies and included everything from packing, packing materials, loading, transportation and unloading. I was very satisfied with my shifting and had no damage of any kind. I recommend American Choice Van lies very strongly for its understanding and professionalism.
