Every time I move I normally contact a reputed moving company and get charged with exhorbitant prices which only tend to increase due to sleeping or hidden charges; which never find mention during a phone conversation. But, this time I chose American Choice Van Lines and boy am I happy! My quote wasn't as a high as it normally is and their team was so responsive and attentive to my needs I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service representative assured me that there will be no hidden charges or extra cost. American Choice Van Lines wasn't like the other moving companies where if I called they got back to me in a couple of days, they got back to me in a couple of hours and that was very important to me. This spoke very highly of their efficiency, the truck arrived just 5 minutes late, which by far are acceptable standards. The packing was done faster that what I anticipated. The workers followed my instructions and gave valuable advice on certain packing items I was confused with. The entire shifting was done faster than the anticipated time we had fixed. I would just like to personally thank American Choice Van Lines for making my shift nice and smooth. I am really impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and the efficiency associated with your organisation. I absolutely recommend American Choice Van Lines to anyone who is looking to shift stress free. This company is absolutely the best in their business.
