American Choice Van Lines is definitely the best in its business period, this was a very unusual move me and two mates of mine were to move into our very own apartment for the first time and we required all our stuff to reach the place at the same time. This required collection a very small amount of stuff from close by distances and move it to our new place. To be honest we could have mange to move all the stuff by ourselves barring the furniture. Because of my job, I move at least once each year. That being said, I m sure you can understand how many different moving companies I have used in the past. Explanation of my experience: Starting with booking my move, I called this company and was greeted by a professional and the representative spoke good English and was knowledgeable who wanted my business. I decided to go with this moving company not because they were the least expensive, but because they seemed genuinely interested in my business and they promised to take care of my things. I received a phone call the day before the move to confirm the pickup time. On Move Day, I received a phone call in the morning from the foreman stating what time they were leaving. They showed up exactly on time and got to work almost immediately. I have a 4 bed, a dining room table, and a sectional couch that require dis assembly and reassembly in a very specific way. The workers did this very quickly, wrapped everything up perfectly and those items (along with everything else in my apartment) were delivered without a single dent or scratch. I am a retired US marine ad wanted to like my days of retirement in peace. So I decided to move from the loud and buzzing city to a quieter place some at some distance in order to spend some quality time with my wife and son. We were moving the first time to a house that was not affiliated to my service and one that I had purchased. I must say the lady sounded very sweet and had an absolutely mesmerising voice. On hearing her voice I was sure to hire American Choice Van Lines. I had a very tight budget for my 3 bed room apartment move and no moving company was willing to help me out after knowing the nature of the move and the moneys I was willing to shell out. But finally American Choice Van Lines came up and helped me out. They were so efficient that I never felt to monitor them. Movers arrived on time and then wrapped everything with great care and loaded the stuffs on the van. All the fragile stuff was wrapped in bubble paper and placed in boxes which were hand and would not crumble. They driver kept on calling me till he reached the destination. I was standing at the window to see them drive in and it was just at nine when I saw the van make its way into our former drive way. The packers were hard working and were committed workers, one of them Jerry had an excellent sense of humour. Really happy with American Choice Van Lines, they are the best in the business and are incomparable. I have used their services in the past as well; this was to move some of my son’s belongings when he moved out of my place. As my previous experience was great I decided not to take the risk and stick to the tried and tested. To be honest I thought they would be a change in service considering my last move was a year before. The outcome was exactly the same as the last move, in other words perfect. We were moving to the country side in a quieter and greener surrounding and wanted to move planned and hassle free. My wife and I never wanted to be hassled in terms of packing stress. The customer service rep was brilliant and she arranged everything as agreed. The move was fixed for a Friday and we were to receive our goods the following day on Saturday. The move was carried out precisely as agreed and the packing and moving was done in accordance to the specified arrangement. American Choice Van Lines was very limiting in the service they offered. They always arrived late, and the price never matched the estimate. Sometimes, they would stop working unless I agreed to pay them more. I used them four times last year, and each time, they would tell me that it was just the circumstances that made the previous experience unsatisfactory. Just for 28th of Nov 2013 we needed to move last-minute. Really painful! Imagine my situation when my existing mover ditched us the very last minute. I had to report to my new work place in a different city and that would only be possible if I could arrange to move on time. I was searching for a mover to move my belongings in my new residence in California. Searching for a professional mover is a difficult issue. American Choice Van Lines did an excellent job today. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. This was a local move within California and we needed someone to remove everything that had been stored in our old house and to bring it to our new apartment which was not exceptionally far away. The work needed to be well co-ordinated as my son just moved out of our house and wanted some of his stuff at his yard. So this was like a double move which needed some stuff dropped at my place and some at Mikes (my son). \r I think Crystal was the sales representative and was very detailed and accurate in describing the services that would be provided. (We had obtained bids from several different movers) but none seemed better that American Choice Van Lines. The company was prompt to answer all queries and got back efficiently from time to time. American Choice did not deviate from the agreed price and the packers were quick at their work. The boys managed to complete their task within the ascertained time limit. The company also called us a couple of times on the day we moved just to re-confirm whether everything was going as per plan and whether I was experiencing any difficulties with the packers, which was not the case. This is the second time I have moved with American Choice Van Lines and within the proximity of a month. First I moved my house not I have just moved my business. Our first move with them was equally perfect and was completely damage free. We are very happy with their service; they also offered us a substantial discount on our second move because we have been loyal customers and decided to give them a second chance. If I compare the value of both the moves it is virtually half as compared to some other quotes I received. This is taking into factor the discount and the already cheaper quoted we received from them. The move was perfect even this time, being an interior designing and company we had a lot of stuff to move that you can’t even possibly imagine. This included some very expensive measuring tools, due to which we wanted only to hire a trust worthy company. I hired American Choice Van lines for my move to California and have nothing but praise for them. They are a very organized packing and moving company and are definitely better than the previous company we hired. The last company I hired had broken my flat screen TV and completely stopped answering my calls after the move was done. When I did speak to one of their managers they denied breaking my TV and told me that it was not possible on for the company to pay me for the damaged goods. However with American Choice Van Lines I had no problem what so ever. They were professional right from the word go. The customers service, sales offer, packing, mannerism, work ethics, punctuality was all A class. As a customer this was excellent, they did break a vine glass for which they agreed to shave off $10 bucks. I however refused and paid them in full for the value service they provided at a relatively short notice. Another fact worth mentioning is the packers were a well mannered English speaking lot. As compared to my previous company, the communication was actually in sign language.
