The customer service rep went out of his way to get me out of a trouble with my move as I was let down by another company last minute. She could not do enough to keep me calm and get me moved. This can turn out to be quiet a difficult situation as your planning can be completely shattered. These movers are simply the best. They were assigned to move us from California to New Mexico which they accomplished within the allotted time and without damaging our stuffs. Progressive Relocation proved to the best choice in the end. 3 men came to pack our stuffs. They did simply wonderful to pack the belongings and did really well to load on the trucks. It was great when they made the delivery 1 day before the schedule. I had doubts so I checked the inventory and I was surprised like anything after I saw all my stuffs arrived in one piece. I honestly took quotes from other companies as well but the quote provided by American Choice Van Lines was the cheapest. The cost was not the only factor for us to choose the company the main choice being their professionalism. Right since we contacted the company the first time they were straight to the point. My son just bought his new apartment and needed some of his belongings. So, I needed to move last minute. Imagine my frustration when my existing mover bailed out on me last minute, and I happened to keep American Choice Van Lines number from a previous quote. I spoke sales department representative and she made me feel so relaxed and hopeful. She scheduled my move for a few days from when I called. The crew showed up in an immaculate and big truck with their logo and info on it. They quickly took everything apart, wrapped and loaded my stuff and even disposed of some loose trash at the end. I should start off with saying this was my first time moving from states. I was pleased with American Choice Van Lines work. Their customer service was a big help, they kept me updated and informed on my move from beginning to end which was actually really professional cause I was a bit nervous looking at the volume of the shift involved. The shift went as per plan; we fixed the pickup for Thursday next week. The company did call me on Saturday to confirm if we were going to make the move. After the confirmation the next call I received was on the day we were supposed to move. The call was to inform me that the truck and packers were heading to my place to commence the work. The truck drove in on time or precisely 7 minutes late. This was a good first impression from my point of view. What followed was even better; the packers wrapped all out glass utensils individually in bubble plastic and placed them in boxes in a manner to avoid damage. Next was the heavy stuff; they blanketed the furniture to secure it from scratched. The packing was done in an hour and we were ready to move. We are a family and have two grown up kids, I had to move to a new house we had purchased and wanted everything to be moved there without any damage. This is not the first time I am moving, I have availed the services of various moving companies. However this is my second time with American Choice Van lines. The previous time I moved; this was with American Choice Van Lines and was the best ever. I wanted the same efficiency and obviously wanted to pay a budgeted amount. American Choice was glad to assist me again and they were very honoured to have an old customer calling again. They were happy to accommodate me on the day I wanted to move. They also agreed to move first shift, which was just great. The truck arrived at about the agreed time and the packing was done in 2 hours. We had a lot of belongings and heavy furniture. There was a lot of fragile stuff too, which required special care and attention. Also I would like to make it up to the company for promising them but not leaving a review for the previous move. I just don’t have the proper words to describe the service of American Choice Van Lines. They are simply the best. When I called them and talked about my move, the sales representative at the other end was smart enough figure out my needs and she planned a perfect move according to that. The deal, which was offered to me, was fantastic, most company don’t offer deals they go as per the man hours for a small quantity and distance move. The entire package and efficiency was impossible to resist, so I was compelled to hire them. The fact that the company was so co-operative made me think I hope they deliver and it’s just not big talk. So when we hired them we were just cautious in the beginning. But when the movers began to work I knew that I am in the proper hands. Movers were focused, motivated, committed, helpful, innovative and very friendly. They took very little time to complete the move and they were really awesome during the whole move. We must have received various moving quotes when we first began comparing moving companies. We were looking for a good mover but within a budget we could afford without compromising needed service. After filtering through what seemed like dozens of different quotes and options we decide to use ended up with American Choice Van Lines. \r First the sales lady and moving coordinator were very easy to communicate with and spoke fluent English to us in easy to understand terms. The price American Choice Van Lines offered was in our budgeted range which was also attractive. The other thing that stuck out was the fact that if we over estimated our move we could actually be refunded the difference should our move actually gone under up to 10% - almost every other company had a space reservation so if we had less than anticipated we still would have to pay the entire balance. In fact we did have lesser stuff than what we actually calculated based on the weight and working hours. To be honest the company was very nice to refund us $50 bucks; which turned out to be a bonus for us “Thanks once again for it”. I availed the services of a moving company to move my office, after a telephone conversation we set the date and everything was proceeding as planned. On the day the shift was to be made I received a call from the representative telling me that there will be an increase price.
